Drove here cause it says 24hrs a day….. someone was putting mop away but nobody home to open door so i can buy beverages and snacks.

The many gas stations that service the many cars that come off the city streets and the late night6 travel so many get tired waiting in lines and yet the ones that help the most are the ones that help inside that take care of the actual store and the many areas outside. When you come to the gas station of the convenience is taken this time to give a greeting like, " Good Evening and How are you doing that brightens their day ". The one location that I have shopped at many times is the cleanest and has the best in products and when you come to Chevron you can have a great choice of so many Items, they are the main supplier of the Rock Star, and the Monster energy drinks they have some of the best prices that you can compare to others. The many times that I have gone to the Chevron they have a clean outside area and the company that many times has remodelers that are there doing construction at the pumps making it easier for the pumps to work faster and safer for customers. When you come into the store that you see the large energy drink display that has a wide selection and the and the many Isles that you see that the many types of chips and the many types of candy and the drink blocks that are put on display. What is the best thing that you see in a convenience? Its the well stocked supply of drinks and the many different types of flavored waters and the two litters they have that are some of the best flavors . Some of the items that I get are the chips they have they have a good flavorful company brand that is at a great price . And a great price selection on the hot products and the many types of hot food they have . With the order service lockers that they also have that I see people that do come and go from the lockers they have in the store back and the company workers they do stock the lockers at certain times . With Chevron the location itself is one of the best and the streets that do hook in with the freeway it gets busy in the morning and the traffic on broad way can be backed up. Chevron does go the Extra Mile to help so many and the products and the services are the best .

I guess unless you live in the area you’re not entitled to respecting customer service from this cashier by the name of..... anyways she was very mean and disrespectful about giving me extra sugar, Sugar?! for coffee that I paid for, and was just all out nasty and disrespectful about it!

The closest gas station for meIt’s closed but the window is available.Watch out for people hanging out outside the store! They will disrespect you in any way. I just called the police for being confronted and chased by a homeless I believe .I suggest to go to this store while it’s day time , rather than night .Carry something on youThere is really crazy people on Massachusetts ave !

People are friendly, prices are comparable to Area and California. But I got to get back to Texas.. Store was well stock and somewhat clean.

Ridiculous went to cash my 50 dollars scratcher, they can't afford to cash that amount hilarious..also rude service as she didn't care must of not been a manager, at 9:05 pm on 07/28/2021 .Beware scratcher people this chevron sells them but can't afford to pay the payout lol

Showed up to use Amazon locker and sign on door said shift change closed for 10 minutes. I went to open door not seeing this at first and she was signaling nope. Want to get it done so I wait outside the door. She is moving super slow. Now there is a line of over 6 people and people are leaving because it has been longer than 10 minutes. I commented they should change their sign if it's going to be longer than 10 minutes, as I would have made a different choice. Then I want to sign up for a special they are advertising. I ask how to do it. You have to go home and do it. So how do I get credit for the purchase today? Response is you don't or go home and come back and wait in line again. Keep your special. I won't be back anytime soon. Customer service had always lacked here, but store and pumps are clean.

I never thought that I would be making a review about a gas station, but the rude cashier lady pushed me to do so. I went in to put $50 on pump 6 it was such a hassle. First I wasn't even acknowledged when I first entered the store, secondly I waited about a minute before the stupid girl said anything to me.... then she said just a second while doing absolutely nothing but talking to her co-worker at this point I'm just very annoyed, she then asks me what can I help you with? I proceed by telling her that I need 50 on 6 and with an attitude says what? Lady- I have already wasted about 5 minutes of my time here- so with an attitude I repeat myself to tell her 50 on 6- my god the whole experience was very frustrating when really it should just be a quick task for her. The owner needs to hire competent people who know how to listen and push a button without giving attitude. If you don't like your job then I suggest go look for another one.

The night clerks are never available and seem to be taking extremely long in the back. Also one of them talked to me with an attitude problem from the minute I walked in. Seemed like I was bothering her. She was very nasty when it came to answering my questions. When I asked for a specific pack of cigarettes she kept asking me which kind and I had to tell her four times. When I tried to look at the pack to make sure they were right she wouldn't let me even look at them from a distance to make sure they were correct until I paid and by this time I was mad. When I got to my car I noticed they were wrong and she wouldn't even exchange them for me and really had and stick up her A**. She told me if I didn't like that I can contact the manager at 7am tomorrow. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and unfortunately this is the closest gas station near me that's open 24 hours and I wish they were more friendly and would have people skills. This makes me want to stop going to this location.
