I want to express my gratitude to this Home Depot. I worked at a nearby elementary school and Home Depot was very generous in supporting the school. When we built a rock garden during the pandemic, they donated any of their opened bags of rocks to us so that our students could paint the rocks for our garden. They come out to local events and they are supportive of the youth in the community!

literally the most ridiculous experience of my life. I reserve a rental truck 24 hours before I come to pick it up and not only is the lady rude as fuck but she proceeds to tell me that the truck I rented doesn't exist, and despite the fact that she has four other trucks that are the same size, somehow conveniently none of those four trucks are in service. She proceeds to stare at me with a stupid face and tell me there's nothing she can do instead of getting on her computer and finding another truck at another Home Depot location.

This Home Depot smells like old socks and everything in it is 5x the cost of anything online. Lots of employees standing around each time I have come in.Recently rented a truck for 24 hours to move some furniture. The truck was $150 total with all their goofy fees. I wound up returning the truck 70 minutes past the 24 hour mark and they charged me an additional $40.The truck was a filthy old Ford with horrendous steering and a sticky steering wheel. Looked like it had never been cleaned. I’ll never rent from here again and hope to avoid this location in the future.Just don’t bother with this store

Great customer service? spoke with Wanda and she was a great help, went above and beyond helping me reserve a rental van. She deserves a raise?

Equipment rental is a disaster. They don't have half of the equipment they say they do online so be sure to call ahead if you're looking for something specific. Their website said they had 4 plate compactors available but three of them had repair tags and were unusable. Also, I wanted to rent the compactor for a week but the guy said I should rent it for four days and it would automatically roll over if I didn't return it. That's not the case. After three days I got a spicy voicemail from the rental department telling me it's overdue. Now I have DRIVE TO THE STORE to renew it. Apparently in the age of email and contactless payment there is no way for them to extend it over the phone.

The is a great hardware store. The variety of paints , plants, plumbing equipment, power tools, light fixtures, lawn equipment, and home appliances are endless. The wood department is amazing, and they cut all wood any size needed. Also , the return policy is fast, friendly, and easy.

Great store for you do it yourselfer because if you want to find anything you got to do it yourself help is not offered you have to find someone that's already been found usually. Have to wait to turn but it's better off to go looking or something who doesn't want to walk down every aisle home Depot anyhow.

Dear Home Depot,I am writing to urge you to accept Apple Pay as a payment option in your stores. The reason behind my request is simple: I prefer to shop without carrying a heavy purse, especially since I always have my phone with me.Unfortunately, your current policy of not accepting Apple Pay has caused me significant inconvenience. I have had to leave behind the items I needed to purchase because I don't have the time to go back to the store and buy them again. This is particularly frustrating when I misplace my card and have no other means of payment. As a result, I am forced to go to Walmart, a store I strongly dislike.By accepting Apple Pay, you would not only alleviate the burden of carrying a purse but also provide a more convenient and efficient shopping experience for customers like me. I hope you will consider this suggestion and take the necessary steps to implement Apple Pay as a payment method in your stores.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely, value customer
