Fast and reliable I’ve used them 2 times already and they’re always so helpful ! With fast response time and results ! Mind you I’ve completed both my registrations via text !! 🤍 I work a 8-5 so this is so helpful ! I will continue to call/text them again ! I recommend them to anyone ! And they’re very polite as well !

They are usually dependable… but this year I drive 1 hour and 30 min to get my new registration and on the website they said “open” until 5……. I got there at 2pm on Friday and it was closed with nobody inside… customers outside confused on why they are closed at a random hour… people don’t play about registration… do better Mckee’s.. very disappointed. Very unprofessional..

I had been receiving a lot of difficulties with the process of my car reg. so instead of checking in with the DMV who didn’t hand me my plates physically told me I’d receive them in the mail. However I didn’t and Mckee’s personnel made sure of it that they would do the best they can do to get them in without having to pay again. The matter was very stressful but the ladies in office were able to situate everything with a letter to the DMV explaining exactly what I was going thru. They updated me with 2-3 business days of my concern letting me know you do not have to renew your reg.to current and they will receive the plates for me to pick up. The whole process was no more than 5 days considering I could only make it to them around 4-5pm due to work hours. Once my license plates were in they updated me right away with a phone call and I was all set. I was highly appreciative of the time and effort the went through. Excellent service!

The ladies in McKees are so helpful the customer service is amazing highly recommend coming here no lines if there is a line very short wait time never going to DMV again .

Stop by today the older lady with the thick eyebrows attempted to help me today but seemed like she had a lot of attitude she wasn’t helpful so I left they are usually helpful and I would think they would value there returning customers I understand not everyone is feeling there best everyday so I’ll try again soon

I highly recommend McKee's. Special thanks to Beatriz. She was an absolute life saver. She went above and beyond to help me register my golf cart. I will never go to the DMV again. The staff at McKee's are absolute pros and I can't recommend them enough. Special thanks to B for all your hard work and attention to detail.

This place has gone DOWN after it was sold. So sad because I was a loyal customer for YEARS. McKees would service all our business' registration for all 150 vehicles we have. NEVER AGAIN. No one ever answers the phone an if they do, you are places on hold for over 25 minutes and forced to hang up. Then you are asked to send a text with your questions and no one responds to the text messages either. So dissapointing. I will take my business some where else. NO THANK YOU!!!

I didn't want to do this but I had enough....I went to register my kayak because I had put a motor on it and they siad they can help me but a month later nothing they keep asking for a bill of sale witch I already gave them...but then can't tell me what they need to register it and their not even calling me to let me no...there waiting for me to be upset and call them to see what taking so long and still they never got it registered....they took my money and never gave me my registration for my kayak..100$$ she charged me too...now it's been months still nothing....I can't believe it!!!!! Never will used them agian.....
