I've taken my car to Mercedes Service And Repair twice now — once for a valve cover replacement and the second time to resolve an engine light issue. Both times, the team was extremely helpful, honest, and very easy to work with. They clearly explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Best of all, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been. I highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

This shop will go above and beyond to fix all your car’s needs. There were several problems with my car and the owner Julio drove all around town in his personal vehicle to be able to get the parts in time for me before I went on a long road trip. They are all honest and hardworking and if you want a dependable auto body shop this the shop you should go to.

Found Mercedes Service & Repair Online, spoke to the owner Julio about my park lamp not working, stopped by at his shop after work and his tech replaced the light bulb, while there, Julio also hooked up his scan tool to check fault codes to my car and cleared it. Customer service and friendly staff is top notch. Julio got a new customer and I will start bringing my car to him for all my services and repairs.

I scheduled my Mercedes Sprinter Motorhome for full service, told them it required MANUAL alignment. On arrival, the Service Manager, Justin, tried to talk me out of the alignment. I insisted and he agreed. Turned out the lift was broken. I'm completely certain this is why he tried to talk me out of the alignment. Very unhappy! I had driven 2 hours to get there, and was unable to obtain the service I was promised. This is my second bad experience with a Mercedes Dealership Service Department. I will find someone else to service my rig in the future.

Took my car to Julio and his team because my car wouldnt start after sitting for 2-3 days. Been having to jump it. Thought it was the starter but after a diagnostic test, nothing came up but after testing the voltage in my battery between just my phone charger plugged in and my dash cams hooked up, come to find out it was my dash cams drawing too much power causing my battery to die. HIGHLY recommend these guys, they have good pricing compared to dealership and are very kind people!
