The owner’s reply below is false. My box was fully sealed with my own tape & I never asked for theirs. I only wanted a drop-off receipt, which is standard. Instead, I was met with rudeness and an unexpected $1 “cash only” fee. Their defensive response says it all.
Was told to pay $1 cash just to drop off my prepaid USPS package on 18 October 2025. Staff was curt when I asked for a receipt. No posted policy about this fee. Package arrived 2 days later, but the experience felt rude and unclear.

UPDATE:
Reduced to 1 star following the response from this business. No they did not tell me theboricing before hand, even though I asked, twice. Then they did not cut properly so it looked terrible, AND their laminate fell apart to add insult to it all. Just dont use this place go somewhere else.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Rude and crazy expensive for very basic things that cost way cheaper anywhere else.
$20 to laminate 2 pages came with an attitude ontop bad experience will note not to go to this store again in the future.
Its literally a dollar at page at FedEx.
I did ask im advance and postal annex ignored me and would not tell me the price

This is my favorite postal annex. I have the most amazing experiences every time with professional great customer service by RAWAL he always exceeds expectations. Every package I sent here gets delivered on time and in perfect condition the process is always expeditious in the location there’s always parking And you’re always felt like a valued customer. This really is the best location if you were a Busy business owner that needs things done efficiently and quickly thank you again Rawal this is my primary location for all fedex ups drop offs etc

Amazing service. Really good price. I came here for a live scan fingerprinting service (after my previous appointment didn't even show up for work and had their door closed and locked). So postal annex was right down the street. I called them and came in without an appointment. Super fast and really affordable (about half the price of the other place!)
