I have had to call AAA more than I have wanted in life but everytime they dispatch Precision Towing. And everytime I feel blessed that I amgoing to get the best in San Diego. The most recent time I had the pleasure to meet Ammar. They were faster than AAA anticipated. Ammar was very professional and even identified the issue with the vehicle in hopes it would start without having to tow it to the shop. He was patient and we worked together to make it happen but unfortunately it wouldn’t start, so he loaded up my vehicle with skill and safety applied and I was impressed. I just wanted to say thank you Precision Towing and if anyone needs a towing company, really you shouldn’t look any further than Precision.

My coolant system ruptured and I was far away from civilization. Precision towing was the only company who was willing to help me out. Thank you Mike and the rest of the team. You guys rock!

My car sprung a coolant leak and overheated way out in the boonies and I needed a tow. Precision towing was the only company willing to help me out. A big thank you to Mike and the rest of the team for helping me out when no one else would.

This review isn't bad because my car was towed it's bad because they were rude and unprofessional. At first they said they didn't have my car until I let them know the sheriff told me they had it then they gave me and my dad two different prices to get my car out, they told me $400 and my dad $315. My car was gone through and things were taken by them, oh well they look and act like tweakers. They were extremely rude and they broke my windshield. When confronted about the windshield the lady started shaking and said there's nothing I can do. Infact there is and I'm meeting with the sheriff tomorrow over it. They are bad people. I'm sorry if you have to go them. Just know they will try to scam you and will lie. Make sure there's nothing wrong with your car there before you pay them!!!!

Employees were great but whoever loaded my car to the tow scratched the front and I found a small but deep gash on the same side but a bit further back.

Worst outfit ever, don't use these guys unless you want to get robbed. Nothing but a bait and switch company with rude and disrespectful customer service. They give you a quote, jack up the price after they have your car and if you don't pay them they hold your car hostage until you do. Crooks!!

Crooks, disrespectful, and no customer service. it was a very awfull experince lazy workers, waited 3 hours for mike to move the car out even though he said he would be about 20-30 minutes.
