“Always a smooth stop at the Palomar Valero. It’s conveniently located right off the 5, which makes it easy to get in and out.
The high-flow diesel pumps help keep things moving, and there’s solid access for 18-wheelers if you come in through the rear entrance on Stella Street. The site is well-lit, feels safe, and the store is stocked with everything you might need on the road.
There’s a Boar’s Head deli on-site,m which makes this location a great spot to grab lunch while fueling up.
Some businesses can also access better pricing here through fuel card programs, which is a plus.
Definitely a reliable option for drivers in the area.”

“Pierre was wonderful. He had the uhaul fueled up, ready to go when we pulled up at our appointment time. The truck handled well and we got everything moved without any issues. Thank you. We will rent from them again.”
“This place has great service with a few issues
They move locations every year it feels like and they never update Google so you have to drive around to find them
The other issue is cost for cash sales
They do a good business with all the manufacturing in the South Bay, but they are so expensive. Expect to pay 30% more than the what you pay in LA.
But in the 15 years, I’ve been using these guys they always have stock and I have never had issues filling up any of the bottle that we own which is always a challenge at other places.”
“All locations have always provided great services but, corp wants to keep overcharging me and nope I am not having that I am homeless and need to rent trucks so I can move my stuff around till I can find a home for me and my daughters dont make it hard for us”
“... was running low on propane and figured id just grab one of those exchanges instead of driving all the way to the bigger town. honestly it worked perfectly fine, the tank was full and sealed, no leaks or anything so I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole thing was. the guy working was friendly enough, didn't try to upsel me on anything just pointed me to the cage and said to swap it out...
definatly beats waiting for a refill truck to show up or messing with those weird old valves on my grill. only thing I would change is the location is a bit tucked away off the main drag, nearly drove past it twice...
but for the price and convenience, id do it again next time without thinking twice.”
“Finest customer service, and professionalism, I've seen in years; I'm new to full-time RV'ing and Eric has been wonderful in his helpfulness, suggestions, and dedication to his customers. Really impressed, and highly recommend!”
