Don't believe bad reviews, I've been going here for 5 years and only had an issue one time and it didn't have anything to do with the pharmacist, it was the renewal on my doctors side.They literally send you many prescription reminder texts so you don't forget to pick it up.The refill phone service is easy to use.The people are pretty quick and friendly.

My mom spoke with these people 3 different times and they even text her letting her know the prescription was ready for pickup. I went to pick up the prescription only for the Pharmacist Farin K to cancel the order. Per Farin's words she doesn't feel comfortable releasing the prescription that was PLACED BY THE PATIENTS DOCTOR!!!!

Well, not sure who you all been dealing with but this lovely young lady by the name of Annais helped me today and was pleasant and so very helpful! Attention managers... this woman is the standard. After dealing with Rite Aid in Spring Valley I was so relieved to get a helpful person with a pleasant attitude. Thank you. I've been helping my mom with her health, as she ages and this was soooooo very very welcomes! Thanks, Annalise!

Worst pharmacy ever the staff in this Walgreens is super lazy rude they make you get down from the car and get in line inside then the guy was to lazy to fax my Doctors and said I'm responsible for getting a new prescription instead of him faxing I said they ordered it before there racist that he didn't understand my accent i was born here

Do not waste your time even going to this location! My rx was called in Friday March 3. I go to pick up on Saturday and they told me it wasn't ready and to come back on Sunday. I show up Sunday and same story different Bs telling me I need to come Monday and it would be ready by 4pm. Guess what?! I show up Monday at 5 and they tell me it wasnt ready and they didn't have it in stock!!!! Not one single soul picked up the phone to call me or even tell me every time I drove there!! Their customer service sucks and told me I needed to call around to see who had my rx. I called them and held for 3 hours and their lazy assess didn't even pick up the phone. The dr even tried calling and said she had no luck either and it was terrible customer service. I will no longer go to this location and I hope this store gets shut down. POOR MANAGEMENT!!! POOR STAFF!!! Go elsewhere!

Came in for passport photos. $16+tax. Recommended to all my coworkers. Clean. Small, but well organized and friendly staff. Found what I needed. Overall satisfied! There was plenty of parking. I would love it if there was more lighting in the parking lot due to the sketchy people that sometimes hang out behind the building. You can also take your own pictures with your own camera there (follow passport guidance) and print them out for .28¢

This is the worst pharmacy! This is the second time I have received a phone message that the prescription was ready for pickup only to get to the store and find out it was closed! I did see someone inside the store and knocked to try and get an explanation only to be ignored! I will be sure to have my prescriptions filled by another pharmacy from now on. This is the Lemon Grove branch on Broadway and Massachusetts. DON'T HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE IF YOU NEED IT OUTSIDE OF THEIR CONVENIENCE

the only redeeming quality about this location is their drive thru rx pick up window -- their Rx customer service is nill -/ the rx clerks are this side of incompetent -- gawd forbid u have problem ! the pharmacists are smart and good problem solvers - not the RX clerks ( with 1 or 2 exceptions -- good luck with that ! they have a very low yahoo rating -- i should have taken note of that - time to change pharmacies! ps their phone tree has major issues ( crackling on the line and ill designed - and no one (ie asst mgr cares) Corporate needs to take a good look at this store's issues !

I’m sorry I’d love to give a good rating but the pharmacy is incredibly slow!!! There needs to be more than 1 person working behind the counter. I’ve been here many times and it’s been a 45 minute wait. Completely ridiculous!!

They often seem to be low in stock with lots of empty shelves but it's in a convenient location. I tried couponing with curbside pickup for the first time today and they said they didn't have two of my detergent items so I called to see if they could just replace it with a different scent of the same brand so the deal would apply. She said they actually did have those items and to just place the order again. Ok cool. So then on the second order with the exact same items they said they didn't have the face wash this time. Curious how they had it two minutes ago on the original order but now it's gone? Anyway I think for couponing purposes it's just better to go in person.

Called the automated service for refills on Thursday at 9am. I show up Sunday at 4PM (trying to give them plenty of time) to pick it up and the rude tech at the window with plenty of attitude tells me 1/3 of my meds are ready. "We're short staffed on the weekends. I don't know who told you they were ready but they aren't." Thursday and Friday are week days, what was your excuse then? I have issues every month with this. Wish I had one closer that I could switch to people these people are terrible.

I stopped here because I needed something real quick but didn't find it. So I grabbed a drink for my daughter on my way out. No one was in line but the older Asian lady was showing another employee something on the computer where photo is. She was annoyed that I got in line because she had to stop what she was doing. She walked over to the register, rang me up & then when I used my EBT card she got upset & told me, "that's going to take a long time" as if I was going to change my form of payment. I said ok and continued (which overall only took me a minute at most to do the transaction). She sighed because within that minute, 2 people got in line so she yelled to the young man at the photo "Can you open up because she's using EBT & it's going to take forever!" as if she was trying to belittle me for using it. I have a full time job & pay my taxes, so for her to throw it out there like that and trying to embarrass me was ridiculous. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to cause a scene, plus she's old so I let it go but y'all should definitely add more training for her. The transaction like I mentioned only took a minute and she was happy with that, said "OMG it's your lucky day, that was fast!" Hope she's not a manager!
