What do you need!!!! That’s how they respond when I called them this morning 7/29/24 to get refills for my medication! Last time I complained to corporate about their staff for lack of manners, exhibiting lack of respect; rude and discourteous, my daughter had a bone marrow transplant and she needs her medication when we call to get refill is never ready when they say it will be ready, they don’t understand how important her medication is, they have no sympathy for anyone, unfortunately Ride Aid send our business to them when they closed across the street. Take your business somewhere else!!!!

Pharmacy needs to be investigated by Pharma Board. They have no idea what they're doing and are overloaded with transfers from the closed Rite Aid. Nobody answers phone. It's dangerous.

I just want to said I love Walgreens I never been here before and now I have three months going to the store and I can says is one of my favorite store I love the one in lemon grove California 7195 broadway Lemon grove CA 91945 the personal is really good there I want write this review because people always said bad staff but never the good things and I want to let know the Walgreens company the personal in that store is just really good but in special Andy, Jacky and Omar they are my favorites really good customer service one day I get around 9 pm my sister past away and I want print a picture for the funeral and even the spect time was for the next day they help me to print in that moment I really enjoy the customer service those three people are a really good persons

This my store to go, my "corner store", the mostly I like there is to print pictures, and besides been my preferred pharmacy. The attendants are very nice, always smiling, or offering help, also very patient with the elderly, and HONEST!
3 weeks ago I went to buy some paint relievers, and I forgot my phone in the counter... 2 hours later when I finally noticed it was missing, google map it, it was at Walgreens, drove over, and they were saving for me! SO THANK YOU!

I came in to develop a picture, I had a problem so it asked the girl at the front if I could ask her a question? The look she gave me, scared me so bad I almost left the store, but i thought how strange I think I have a right to ask a question and she works here? So I asked it, but my real question is, where is customer service? I haven’t had good customer service in years anywhere! Its been forever since I’ve heard “ hi can I help you? Now people stand there and give a bad look…I just don’t get it.

I don’t really go here as much but Rose Cordova was very helpful. I asked for her last name to ensure she gets the credit she deserves. I rarely write reviews but rose really deserves this. She helped me configure the photo printing machine as I was very confused with it. Rose noticed I was struggling and came to kindly help me. She had really good customer service and I ended up buying more from this store. I felt very welcomed

Either this place needs an overhaul severely or just to shut down.... They never have enough staff, the store is unorganized and stuff everywhere! The pharmacy closes and opens when it pleases cause they have no staff aswell!!!! Go across the street to Rite Aid and save time and headache!!

It took 3 geniuses at this store to acknowledge they are able to print a FedEx label. They said they dont do printing services. Even if this store spells out they print labels for returns. Perhaps a class in reading would be beneficial.

This Walgreen took 2 days for a simple prescription and has not been able to fill it because they are busy. It's unacceptable
