Terrible customer service, employees do not greet you upon entering, they are reluctant to help you when you have a question. The employees are not very familiar with parts knowledge and solely rely on the computer. The store manager is the worst I’ve seen he was speaking to his team with a bad attitude and aggressively. I even witness the manager accuse someone of breaking a part and not wanting to return it smh. There are just too many red flags ? here to stay a customer. I will shop Down the road at Oriellys or advance auto in Hanford. I am a commercial customer and was not pleased with what I saw and will be looking to make another business my first call on all my customers future purchase needs. I would never run my shop the way this manager is running his store

Went to AutoZone due to car trouble and Jose helped me figure out that it was my battery. Got a new battery and I was on my way thank you!!

Very terrible drove all the way to Hanford just to be told they don’t have it. Reasoning, for they have not updated their website. But the Autozone in lemoore was more than helpful, I have nothing but good things to say about. Lemoore Autozone.

Waited all day for a phone call that a part came in. Finally called them and they said they didn't see it. Told them the name of the individual that helped me the day before....it appeared. Asked if they could help get it installed and a rude employee stated they didn't do that. Explained that Hanford did it for us. The poor guy helping me seemed a bit taken back and maybe a little embarrassed. Poor customer service to say the least.Will use the Hanford store before ever coming to the Lemoore one again. They are friendlier and more helpful.
