First let me say the people behind the counter are beyond friendly and speak Spanish and English a plus (+) and are so great about explaining cuts of meats ( Cooked or fresh) Now let's talk about my personal favorite buy their Carnitas, I must say they have to be the most great tasting Carnitas I've tasted in Hanford. Just the right amount of seasoning and cooked to perfection. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.”

“We bought a 1/2 cow for the first time. The lady who works there was amazing, she was thorough and helpful in explaining the cuts and even gave some advise on recipes. The Beef is amazing, way better than anything at the store. You can 100% tell the difference. Couldn't be more happy and with the decision.”
