We have been using this storage until since 2022. Coming from the east coast my biggest adjustment is that there are not climate controlled or storage units treated for rodents and bugs. We are not in our storage unit often. Just for seasonal stuff and when I need to grab stuff. I went to my unit and I had black widows the size of a half dollar with spider webs all over my unit. I had to run and get spider spray to get into my unit. When I asked if they treated the units I was told no that they do not do anything. I was also told that they do not have kids for the unit which is a lie because when we signed our contract the lock we had to use was their lock and they provided us one key and they kept the other. We were informed that we could not use our lock because if they needed to get in the unit for insect control or if there was a Emergancy. Which we do not keep anything worth anything in there so we agreed.( the most expensive thing in there is my Christmas tree). They are the cheapest in the area which is a plus but the spiders are out of control.

Storage are super clean. Excellent price for my unit size. Plus the owner is always ready to answer my questions and to help me as need it.

I've been with Lucky Mini Storage for about 5 yrs. Off and on Thru out the years and my things have never been messed with or broken into. Very secure place and the owner is awsome!
