The pharmacy manager is rude. Something is off about her. Never had an issue here in over 10 years until now. The employees are on edge and she is so rude to patients and staff. This is my 2nd experience with her.

This location is usually nice to go to. Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. I am a little worried tho because I’ve noticed a lot of the store stock slowly depleting and shelves being taken down. Is this store closing? I have my medications sent here so it would be nice to know.

I felt discriminated against today when I went to pick up my medicine. I was profiled and singled out of the line when it was my turn, I was the only one asked for my address and ID…. Wow, to top it off the woman appeared to have been speaking broken English too, I’ve been coming here for 10+ years, it felt very personal and I am very disappointed with this unprofessional act, I asked if they do that to every customer (I know they don’t) and she acknowledged that they don’t, so when I said I felt profiled she laughed it off, I just want to be treated equally and respectfully as everyone else

People in the pharmacy is really RUDE I called about my prescription and she straight up told me Your phone is gonna ring up when your medicine it's ready sorry and hung up on me !

Pharmacy is the worst! I’ve went back and forth multiple times about my medications “not being on file,” yet my doctor said they were sent out and even got the notification stating rite aid received it. When I went in and told them they gave me attitude and then magically my medication has been ready for over 5 days .

Poor communication skills. I went back and forth along with my Doctor with this pharmacy about my medication not be given on time after my prescription was in on Friday now it's 4 days not given. oh no we have not got it no your medication is not ready i call its ready, i get there sorry not ready, please WHAT AISA guy is the pharmacists who Violated my rights as HIPPA LAW pharmacists let give a class of my right since you think your smart your Hilarious, HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals' medical records and other individually identifiable health information.
Now you know I can sue you for your action .

You know nothing, there is no manager they need to replace that guy for Diagnose me when he's not even a doctor store Manger sten poor he said i just take care of the store he should stated that first. and being recorded or keep losing your customers your barly hanging to stay open in small town. I been at the one at Blackstone for years never got mistreated from them nor ever had a problem . my doctor made a mistake sending my prescription to this rightaid trashy up nose people Asia worst he can't even explan oh HIPP LAW YOU IN FRONT OF EVERYONE MENTION MY INSURANCE WELL I WORK HARD ALL MY LIFE AND IM Entitled TO WHAT I PAYED INTO but again non of you business and I will speak as I wish reported them to higher up. CRISTI at the pharmacy is racist, arrogant and arrogant, I know she speaks Spanish because other times she has served in Spanish, I arrived and said I was going to pick up medications for three people and she told me no, no Spanish, I asked her again, don't you speak Spanish? and he said “Na” with an attitude… I told him other times you have served in Spanish and he answered in English “they don't pay me to speak Spanish” since the store has a sign that says they offer free translation.I had never had problems at the pharmacy until now, everyone else has been kind, in fact the pharmacist doctor was very kind because she tried to explain a little in Spanish because I didn't understand everything in English and I wanted to be sure about something as important as giving the medication. correct to my son.
