“Today I had the pleasure of having J.C. Webb come to my rescue and put on a spare tire for me when I got a flat tire. I was connected to them via my car insurance. The response was quick and the older and wiser gentleman that took care of my car was a delight. So kind, patient and caring, it was refreshing how great he was with customer service. I'd say he went above and beyond. I couldn't be more pleased. He called when he arrived I belive his name was Clint but I've been wrong before. He did provide me a receipt of service but I left it in my car. If I remember I'll update this with his name. He arrived rite on time got rite to work and was quick but thorough. He checked all my tires marked the area for me where my tire was punctured.”
