Popped into this UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return, expecting the usual errand run—but was pleasantly surprised! I was warmly greeted upon arrival and joined the short line. Michele assisted me with the return, and she made the whole process feel effortless—quick, smooth, and friendly. Just wanted to give this location a well-deserved shout-out for making the mundane feel easy. Cheers to great service!

Honestly this Ups store is the best. They are always super friendly and make you feel important. The gal that helped me this morning (Christina) I believe was her name, is the nicest sweetest thing, and is like this every time I go into this store. If you need a place to call home for all of your packages, definitely consider this store!

Today May 27, 2025 around 4:45-5pm,I went to UPS Lemoore by Savemart. I returned two Items and one of the associates helped me through everything because I’m having a problem with my QR code to my Phone. I thought I need to go back again. Because of her I finished everything all my returns. Thank you for her BIG helped.☺️☺️☺️

The in-store experience was wonderful and efficient. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful. However, I was upset about the price I had to pay just to send 3 small paintings. ($93)
