Terrible service, ordered something for delivery and it's already been over 3hrs and still haven't received it.

So all the employees are very nice their drive thru needs help. Bring a long novel, homework, a snack or main meal, YouTube videos, a blanket for a nap or you will be very bored waiting. You finally pull up to the window and no one is there. Where did they go and why?? This is not satisfactory! Get it fixed like other Walgreens!
