So all the employees are very nice their drive thru needs help. Bring a long novel, homework, a snack or main meal, YouTube videos, a blanket for a nap or you will be very bored waiting. You finally pull up to the window and no one is there. Where did they go and why?? This is not satisfactory! Get it fixed like other Walgreens!

I am a physician locally. I just attempted to return a phone call from the pharmacist who did not leave his name. I sat on hold for over 42 minutes on 2 different phone lines trying to get ahold of them and they still did not answer. I will recommend my patients go elsewhere. Walgreens needs to hire more staff if they cannot provide good service for our patients.

every single time I go there, there is a girl with long Burnet hair that is always on her phone. like she'll make you wait in line while she's texts. it takes her 5 minutes to acknowledge you. then when you finally manage to be helped she just sits and texts on her phone the entire transaction. the last time I was there, there was a man clearly dressed in walgreens clothes, and when I asked for help, he said he didn't work there and then walked to the backroom DRESSED IN HIS WORK CLOTHES. these people are clearly lazy and untrained. they don't care to help you and will ignore you or lie to get out of doing their job. absolutely hate how rude everyone is. there used to be a sweet old lady that worked here and she was the one redeeming person. these kids just don't care.

Do not bother making vaccination appointments. The Lemoore Pharmacist takes walk ins through your prescheduled appointment. If you are lucky, he’ll tell you “Come back in an hour after I’ve had lunch”. Walgreens Pharmacy has total disrespect for your time. They do not care if you made an appointment, arranged to make the most use of your work day and drove twenty miles.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. I had a prescription sent over that was time sensitive and someone lied to me saying it was discontinued. A few days later, no call, and all of a sudden it’s ready for pickup. Not only would it have saved me money but also time. Never going here again. Took an hour to get through to them over the phone. Not surprised by the other reviews. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing.

They never answer the phones at all I waited literally 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and still didn't get to anyone so I just hung up

Worst pharmacy service ever. Have been on hold twice for 20 mins then they cut me off. Can’t get through to anyone. Taking all day to fill a prescription. Will never use thorn again!!! EVER!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

My son had an infection and needed his meds sent from doctors at 750am and was not ready till 515pm and let's not include the horrible customer service and all the chewing gum smacking and like they are bored and not want to be there.

The pharmacy seems to have completely lost any interest in customer service! I was on hold for over an hour and a half when I finally hung up and called the store manager, Russell, who promptly got the tech on the phone. That was, as usual m, an exercise in futility. Chris, the pharmacy tech proceeded to inform me that my medication could not be picked up until the 29th even though my doctor had specifically ordered it for the 21st. I was going out of town for the holiday so needed it a bit early. I had already cleared it with my insurance and there was no reason not to fill it. I explained to Chris that both my insurance and my doctor had approved the early fill when he decided to make up a new law that it didn't matter what the doctor wrote, it had to be 30 days! I politely asked to speak to the pharmacist and Chris became irate stating " I'm telling you what the pharmacist told me!" I told him there of course was no such "new law" and finally got to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was perplexed as to why I was upset as he was already filling the med to be released on the 21st!! Why would Chris put me through this? Sadly for this store that is the rule not the exception. Rude, inaccurate and thoughtless treatment! I literally had my last radiation treatment this morning and am looking forward to time with my family for the holiday during a very uncertain time for me health wise. Why was I forced to endure this?!! Why is ANYBODY treated this way?!
