My mom is in town from AZ helping me organize, decorate, & build so we needed several random items (& a couple of trips to this store) & they made us feel beyond welcome, (& like friends) & helped with ideas as well as how to execute them, &&& they advised us both to become members (which we did). Can’t recommend this place & their employees more! ☺”

“It’s always a pleasure visiting this Harbor Freight, the staff is usually kind and helpful. However, I have noticed a few occasions where some employees were standing around chatting instead of helping customers, leaving one person to manage a growing line alone. It’s a bit frustrating, especially when it feels like those employees notice the situation, make eye contact, then look/ walk away while customers are clearly getting impatient.
That aside, I really can’t complain. Harbor Freight consistently delivers quality tools at great prices, and their return policy is excellent, giving me peace of mind with every purchase. It’s always my go-to spot for getting the tools I need to finish my projects. Keep up the great work, Harbor Freight!”

“I have been a huge fan of Harbor freight as a company for a very long time. The quality of the tools continues to improve while the prices remain very reasonable.
This particular store is very similar to most other so cal locations. It offers a wide variety of Tools and other Chinese made goodies. Unfortunately, most of the California locations that I have been to all seem to employ people with very poor customer service. At this location it feels like the employees are jaded. At first I thought that maybe they were just having a bad day, but nope. I have been here dozens of times and they still seem very cold and dismissive”

I loved the quick response which then led me to go to the location to get my 5lb co2 tank filled. The service was fast got in and out in about 15 min there were 2 customers before me. I Will likely come back if I get another tank or when my current one empties in a year or so.”

“Stopped by this True Value in Lennox for a few home repair items and was honestly surprised at how friendly and attentive the staff were. One of the employees helped me compare a couple of products and made sure I left with what I needed. I thought the store was clean, organized, and feels way more personal than the big chains. It’s nice to shop somewhere where people actually care. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area.”
