“Excellent service!!!I had gone to the cvs that I always go to and they didn't have my rx in stock. I Googled nearby pharmacies and ended up there at L.A.X Pharmacy. They had my medicine in stock and had it ready in a few minutes. Unlike cvs who takes 2 hours to fill. I actually had them call cvs and transferred all my prescriptions and I will be going there from now on. They also have amazing service. Very friendly staff. I'm glad I found this place.”

“My doctor suggested I give this pharmacy a try. So she sent my prescriptions to get filled here. Recieved a call from David a few hours later to confirm my prescriptions and to discuss coupon options to help cover co pay costs. I have never experienced that from any previous pharmacy. David informed me to look online for a coupon to use for one of my meds and to call him back with the info. He also would assist with fillng one of my other meds as it was out of stock and would make sure to get it filled as soon as it was available. Just today David left me a voicemail telling me he found another coupon to use on another of my meds. And David was able to fill all my prescriptions nin a timely manner. I gotta say I am very impressed with this small pharmacy. I will keep filling my prescriptions here from now on. I suggest you give them a try if you are tired of big chain pharmacies and want a more personal experience.”

“I was at this place trying to find a walking cane because of the long time injury on my left knee! I could hardly walk because it is so painful. Janet was the person that helped me. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She basically asked me some questions and tried to find out why I need a walking cane? She showed me quite a few canes but I didn't like them because I worried about if I tripped the bottom of the cane; that might just be worse. She suggested that I need to treat the pain in my knee and showed me a few knee sleeves. She even tried to put one on for me and asked me to walk a few steps and see how I felt. I was surprised that it made my leg felt more stable and could walk a little better. It's less painful by wearing that knee sleeve. Thank you so much, Janet! I appreciate it very much. I will wear it until I can find a good orthopedic surgeon to operate on my torn knee!”

“My doctor recommended this pharmacy when I was having trouble finding anywhere to routinely fill prescriptions. They are amazing. Above and beyond assistance access medical pharmacy is the kindest smoothest pharmacy experience ever. I really feel they care and just some good people. Now I kinda look forward to going to the pharmacy instead of it being a dreadful chore . Seriously every month would be a struggle of needing my medicine and calling pharmacy after pharmacy trying to find my medicine. Also I recently broke my ankle/am on crutches and needed to pick up pain medicine. There was some sketchy guy kinda milling around outside, came in the pharmacy and left and I wish I knew her name but a pharmacist walked me to my car to make sure I got there safely. Its been a really bad week and it's wild this pharmacy visit was a highlight of my week because I am sincerely so appreciative of her and the pharmacy overall. Y'all are making a big difference in my life.”

“I needed some antibiotics delivered to my father ASAP because Kaiser pharmacy couldn't deliver them for another few days. Luckily I found this place on Yelp. It has many good reviews so I decided to try my luck. And in this case the reviews were all true. Payam was so helpful transferring the medications from another pharmacy and his staff was able to deliver the medications within an hour! We even called after hours to check the status of the delivery just to make sure, not expecting anyone to pick up the phone after 6pm. But Payam answered the phone and told us that the meds were delivered. I was very happy with how efficient the pharmacy was. But most importantly, I was impressed with how nice and patient Payam is. Like others say, he does care about his customers and his business. Even though we had to pay out of pocket for the drugs (they don't take Kaiser insurance obviously), it was money worth spent. I highly recommend this pharmacy!”

“We tried a mail prescription service and chain pharmacies and no one comes close to Carson Pharmacy. As a caregiver to a parent, this has taken one huge load off of my shoulders. Personalized care that's almost unheard of in most businesses today. “If you go here to get prescriptions just be aware, you'll never be able to go back to Walgreens or Rite Aid again. “I don't think you will find a better pharmacy in Brentwood. They know their customers. If you run into an issue they will always try to help. This is a small family business With the kind of customer service you can only get in one. The other day I had to ask them to go out of their way for me, details don't matter. There isn't another store of any kind I have been to that would react so generously and graciously. If you have ever only been to a chain pharmacy like CVS you're in for a lovely surprise. Pick up yur rx, get coffee and a muffin, or lunch. Relax for a minute. Just to add I have never had s problem parking. They're across the street from Starbucks at Barrington and Sunset and there are a few street spots that turn over constantly as well as two metered lots on either side of Barrington and street parking on South Barrington Place.”

“this is a wonderful local drug store that will transport you back to the 80s/90s. They sell get well soon cards, gifts (tea cups, tea sets, incense, candles, plush animals) along with laundry stuff, sewing materials, school supplies, and even puzzles and 90s toys for the kids. You can also pay bills here and it counts as a pick up point for UPS delivery (this helped me significantly during early pandemic when i needed my packages with less people). Also they were one of the few pharmacies that had covid tests available when i had a covid scare in 2022. I mainly go here when I need medicine. The doctors will send the prescriptions to the pharmacist and its ready by the time I arrive. I think the longest I had to wait was 15 minutes. There is also a pharmacist there ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. and today I came to pick up some medicine. It was an easy breezy shopping experience. I highly recommend it. and there is a bakery next door so while you wait you can go get a donut or cupcake and come back and eat that with your medication :)”

The staff is always helpful and friendly, and Ryan has always been especially helpful in making sure my prescriptions are in order and ready on time.
