“MixLab's customer service is top-notch. You can text or call and it is ALWAYS a human that responds. You never have to deal with AI or a horrible, endless phone tree. Not only do you get to speak with a real person, the person is always kind, understanding, helpful, and patient. MixLab recently went above and beyond to help out with a situation where my vet's office had a long delay in getting the prescription to them. MixLab did everything in their power to make sure my dog had his medicine on time. I am really grateful to everyone there. They also include a cute joke and a small dog toy with every package. My dog doesn't play with toys anymore, but we donate all the toys to rescues so MixLab is helping out the dog community more than they even know!”

Pharmacy off of Westwood Blvd so l decided to give Always Rx Compounding Pharmacy a try.
My blood pressure prescription was called in by my doctor and when I went in it was ready. I hadn't even had the opportunity to give them my insurance information but was pleased to learn they had taken the initiative and looked up my information so I had very little to attend to on my first visit. The service was a breeze. I'll be going back and would encourage you to give them a try if you're not happy with your current vendor.”

Their friendly smiles from the time you walk in until the time you walk out is phenomenal. Not only do they meet your medical and medicine needs, they have other necessities like beautiful sandals, purses, hygienes, plenty of disinfectants from wipes to sprays, travel Handy's, as well as to go snacks, etc...Its a all in one stop pharmacy. “In 2020 my cat Erewhon was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. Erewhon's neurologist says its the worst case in epilepsy that he's ever seen in a cat. I've been going to AHS for 4 years now since his diagnosis and would never go to another compounding pharmacy. David and his staff are absolutely amazing at what they do. I have complete confidence with David and his staff to get Erewhon's medicines right every time. I've been sent to pharmacies like Mix Lab before, but I keep coming back to David because of the friendly staff and the good experience I have every time I come. David and his staff go out of their way to earn your trust. Whenever I have questions about the medications, I immediately get answers. A couple of years ago AHS had to close for a couple of weeks due to storm damage to the building. This was problematic for me because Erewhon gets a super high mg/ml dose of keppra. When calling around to other pharmacies, no one else in all of Los Angeles could mix at that mg/ml that David could. Having a cat with epilepsy makes my life stressful 24/7. Knowing that I have someone like David and American Health Solutions Pharmacy in my corner makes the difference in treating my cat's epilepsy. I recommend AHS to everyone I know. Simply the best.”

They really care about the patients here and that kind of specialized care is so rare to find at other pharmacy’s where your just another patient to deal with.
