Don’t trust anything they say at this store. We were told to open a new account/new plan to get a discounted new phone rate and that our plan will be better and cheaper than what we were paying. All lies. It is not cheaper at all. We are now paying $30 more. We went over the bill with AT&T customer service and they stated to stay away from the franchise stores and go to a corporate store for better and accurate service. Lincoln store employees sound like they are knowledgeable but apparently it’s an act.

Showed up at 5:20 on Friday and the store is closed. It is supposed to be open until 7 pm. Not happy.

The worst manager i have to deal with . Chris manager is very rude . I will not recommend anyone buy anything at this store . It should be a 0 star review . I also put a complaint on at&t today .

Chris and Diana at the Lincoln AT&T store belong in the customer service Hall of Fame. My wife and I have never had anyone give such undivided attention to our issues with our new phone, solve our problems without any concern about the amount of time it required or make us feel as though we somehow should have been able to make the required fixes on our own. The entire vibe of the store was one of an old fashion "local" hangout as customers would come in with a variety of concerns all of which Chris or Diana would patiently address and resolve. They are a true treasure in the neighborhood and we will be their customers for life!

We had Chris I believe store manager helping us went above and beyond to help me answered all my questions and took time to explain everything to me . Was such great customer service my sister ended up getting a phone as well .. we had horrible customer service in our town of yuba city we drove to next town over and very thankful we did .. everyone in store is very friendly and knowledgeable..

I wanted to get a new phone and phone number. There are so many carriers. Some good some not. I decided since AT&T was close to me, it would be good. The person who helped was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took his time and explained everything to me. I felt better about working with him. I'm happy. He will answer any and all questions. Check them out.

On May 24, 2023, I visited this store with my spouse, to replace his 4 year old Samsung 8S Phone that would no longer turn on. After a bit of a wait (this store has very limited staff, typically one individual) we were greeted by Jordan Scott. Jordan told us AT&T was running a promotion, allowing an $800 credit for turning in the old phone (in ANY condition) against the purchase of a new Samsung phone. The store had a Samsung S23 selling for $800, basically resulting in a free phone. Jordan then told us the phone would also require a plan upgrade of approximately $30 per month. The previous plan, like the new plan, included unlimited talk, text & data. Since there was no additional benefit to the customer, one can only assume AT&T was profiting and most likely the "Authorized Retailer" was also earning a commission. Fast forward 5 months, AT&T has issued a $350 credit, rather than an $800 credit. The AT&T Corporate Billing division claims the $800 credit promotion had ended on May 11, 2023, and therefore the "Authorized Retailer" misrepresented the sale. Fortunately, AT&T Billing has agreed to process an additional $450 credit as a goodwill gesture, hopefully that actually happens. In the meanwhile, a complaint has been filed with the CPUC. As a word of caution, you may wish to avoid these AT&T Authorized Retailers to avoid the finger pointing between the Retailer and the actual AT&T Corporate Stores. CONSUMERS BEWARE!
