000 start with this branch. Actually I went to get money because I need to pay my rent and the agent didn't let me get money because it was being deposite from wires . After been 20 years of costumer definitely I have to think twice if I want to continued with this bank. thank God I have wells Fargo too and they help Quickly . Also I Zelle my husband 2000 to see if he Will going to get anything but it was the same answer you can't take the money because is a lot..what hell maybe the Bank is the one who has not money available for the costumer

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. First, it's impossible to get help or speak to anyone at this branch over the phone. Next, they have proven to me over and over that they have ZERO concern for their clients. My mom passed away, and so I've had to try and deal with her accounts after her death. They've sent me letters asking for documents, you bring them in and no one can help you. No appointments available. In this incredibly painful time, each and every step has been difficult with this bank, and at the other bank my mom had, everything was completed within 2 visits.The manager was wonderful and made time to see me right away, she asked me to call estate services. Which I did and then came in with the correct documents at her request. Once again no one can help me fax a simple form in after verifying the document. With the exception of the manager, every single person at this branch has shown zero effort to put out minimal customer service or assistance for a client such as myself for over 30 years. Do yourself a service and bank at Golden 1.

This particular branch has made banking incredibly difficult. From having cards ordered, to transferring money, this bank has failed me every single time I enter it. Not just me, I've seen people in line absolutely frustrated with this place. I will be leaving this bank, and I imagine it won't be easy.

FIX YOUR ATM MACHINES!! ALWAYS SPITS MY MONEY OUT AND THEY ARE BRAND NEW BILLS. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY AND I WORK UNTIL 5 PM. YOUR MACHINES ARE OUTDATED. YOU CLOSE YOUR LOBBY TOO EARLY. I CAN'T WAIT TO CHANGE BANKS!! LAST WEEK THE PICTURE BELOW IS WHAT THE ATM MACHINE LOOKED LIKE, UNACCEPTABLE!!!

This bank is tucked away and almost an after thought as to where it is located. I have to bring my dad here sometimes because there are not many B of A's around in the area. We always seem to get lost and disoriented while maneuvering through the maze of buildings and parking spaces. We arrived here having to wait a long time, because there was only one teller available, even though we were next in line. And by the time we were helped, a long line was already behind us. That being said, the teller was extremely nice, patient, and helpful handling our "things to do list". This is not our only experience. Love the tellers, just seemingly short staffed.

Good ol bank of America always wants to take control on how much money I can take out from my account. Came in for a withdrawal of 6k told me its over my withdrawal limit when I've withdrawn over 20k in 1 day in the past. Bank of America your full of sh^t. This is why I dont bank with you on a personal and business accounts.

Employees at reception area very unprofessional. Three of them gossiping and openly criticizing various clients as they come in to use ATM. This happened more than once before covid 19. Also I made an appointment to meet with an associate to move some funds around and sat there more than 20 minutes past my appointment time. I left in disgust. We are life long BofA customers but this branch is the worst!

The worst bank ever next to wells fargo if you want rude people expensive fees and love the feeling of just being another number then bank here other wise leave it for the low IQ people plenty of them around for business today

They are very helpful and friendly. They will try to upsell their products; however, they will take a no without pushing you. Very clean and safe feeling environment. The Lincoln location has ATM machines that are only accessible using your card for added safety.

Platinum Plus, 40 year customer we r reducing $$$ amount we maintain based on the inhospitable unfriendly service received on 5/6 /2019 by the NEW manager, the Sterling Pointe B of A, Lincoln, CA. 95648 .We require a business relationship that is accommodating for urgent needs, flexible, courteous & professional. This business relationship is no longer possible at this location based on our interactions with the new management . I dread the next time I need to enter this bank as I lack confidence that my banking goals will be achieved.on 5/6/2019 about 9:15 am, my visiting daughter who is in the military and I went to Sterling Pointe Branch, Lincoln, CA to have her added to our safety deposit box. a task that we though would take less than 10 min. We were told no appointments available as there was only 1 banker on duty. Nowhere in the bank is the requirement listed for appointments shown.& no other options were offered when we inquired. We have never needed an appointment for banking business at this branch. The response by management was a rigid no, no, when we offered solutions. We found it strange that only 1 banker was on duty and there were no other employees cross trained to help out with an urgent same day request. In the past we have not had to make an appointment and even now don't know how.When told we would complain about it--the Management's person's attitude seem to be 'go for it" allowing us to leave extremely upset. No effort was made to issue an apology for not being able to meet our urgent request or that we were leaving so upset by our interactions with management.This branch has lots of seniors who live Sun City and are customers. We need a management team in place -that is flexible, with productive conflict resolution and customer service skills that can respond to same day urgent requests. An additional lack of customer appreciation was management's failure to go the extra mile for a military person or to thank my daughter for her service.
