“First time I’ve been here. My car was filthy. I got 3 coats of wax. The vacuums were high power suction and it was effective in cleaning the seats and floor from all the crumbs and debris from kids and the dog. My car is super shiny and the floors are spotless now too.”
“Idk what all these 1 star reviews are about, this place is great and so easy! Just talk to friendly people and get your car washed. The guy I talked to, (Ivan) was awesome! Bro was super friendly and courteous and he made the whole thing more fun than just a routine car wash too! (go Kings). “Had an issue with a fuel pump installed at another auto center. That place thought it was a fuel gage issue which they were not able to do.
Brought it to Five Star and found that the fuel pump was not in correctly so the gage could work.
Also the running light on the passenger side was not working. The other auto center thought it was an electrical issue. It wasn't the bulb the other place installed was not working.
Ethan took good care of me from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process during the car repair.
The team is awesome at Five Star. That is why I have been going there since 2003!!”
“This is the cleanest gas station in Roseville. I just purchased diesel and the have had the best prices in fuel for months. They have staff wiping down surfaces and wipe down the pumps After each use.The staff are super friendly and courteous.”

“Love stopping here. Use the kickback card points if you dont have them yet. It takes a while to buildup points but is one of the benefits. Free air, there's always someone on site 24/7 and for propane/lotto etc., and the store is handy if you need anything else. Liquor is cheaper if not the same as liquor stores and there's a fast food chain adjacent. Restroom onsite, its safe/well lit, and lot of parking spots onsite and car wash for good price.”

“I have had good experiences using their touchless car wash machine. There is a ceramic coating that can be applied that has worked well for protecting our new cars. There are not many good touchless car wash machines like this one in Rocklin/Roseville.”

“Brought my car in, I've never had it professionally detailed in the 6 years I've owned it. Always just vacuumed it myself. They did a great job w the shampooing and it looks and smells great. I was a little disappointed in the price change, as they quoted me one price over the phone, increased the base price by $10 when I arrived and added a $30 charge for dog hair. My dog doesn't ride in my car but her hair still manages to get in there. That said, they removed every speck of dog hair and the car is super clean. I did interior only, and will be back with my other cars.”

I don't like the idea of the self-drive thru car washes because I don't want to waste an extra 15-20 min drying my own car, and they don't clean the interior or windows--what's the point of paying for service then?! This place offers unlimited washes for $60/month, pretty good deal.”

“They have everything we need, no complaints. They have vacuums and air, a car wash, mid-size convenience store, lottery sales, and of course gas pumps that give us our discounts that we earn at Safeway.The staff is always friendly. It’s always clean, though I’ve never used the restrooms, I’d imagine they are well kept.We have the Everwash app for the car wash, so we never need cash or card. We just tap the app on our cell phones and show the QR Code to the camera, and in we go. —— OH - I must warn you if you use the car wash. There are some people who will wait up at the wash line or even sit inside the wash area, as if they have paid, but they are actually waiting for you to pull up to the payment box and when you pay for a wash it gives “them” a green light to enter. This happened to me enough times that now I make sure the car ahead of me is being washed - actually with water spraying - before I will use the app to pay for a wash. It would be nice if the station would move the pay box to the entering area instead of back where another car can wait as if it has paid. Or, install a gate that lets cars through only if they have paid. But, for now I just make sure the car ahead is not waiting for me to pay. (Once I got out, stood at the entrance watching a car sit there with no water and no lights from the mechanisms, apparently waiting for me to pay. I just stood there with hands on hips. They inched forward, and after about 3 minutes drove off.) I’ve walked up to cars waiting for me to pay twice, to tell them to just drive through because I’m not going to pay with them sitting there. It’s not the station’s fault, but they could redesign the entry so people don’t pay for washes they don’t receive.Anyway, it’s our go to station for most quick needs like lottery, vacuum, gas and car washes.”

“I really like this place because if you’re here after dark, it’s well lit. There’s always soap and wax and other liquids in the machines. It’s pretty fair priced and if you got a bigger truck like I do, it’s got one of the open slots with no roof in the back.”
“I don't get the bad reviews. I come here regularly, because if you have rewards membership with them any size soda is 70cents! And I love their empanadas. Yes I know, gas station empanadas?! But they're good !! The place is always clean an stocked up. It's a gas station minimart, nothing special.... But they have great deals!”
