“What a wonderful experience. James, the owner was fantastic at assisting us during the whole process. We ended up with the exact engineered hardwood flooring that we wanted. The Nielson flooring installation crew was incredible, they taped and sealed everything off to contain all of the dust during the demo process. What I personally noticed during the installation process, was that the flooring installers were a throwback to a time when skilled tradesman actually took pride in their craft. Their attention to detail and work ethic was refreshing. My wife and I are extremely picky and we realized early on, that we did not need to supervise this crew at all, we knew the job would be completed up to our expectations or beyond.
