Horrific management treats you like it’s your fault they work at cvs at their age. Matt is an awful manager with anger issues. If you need help in this store don’t bother they will give you attitude and make you feel like a burden on their existence.

I think they deserve NO star!!!! Do NOT use this pharmacy! Rude cashiers and not helpful at all. I was waiting in line and cashier was going to walk away until I shouted for her to return to help me. I will transfer my prescription to Walmart on Lincoln Rd. CVS does not deserve my business if they do NOT have good customer service.

Very clean and organized store, the staff is very friendly and helpful! I can always get great deals on what I need with my ExtraCare coupons and $10 Carepass that I can stack together.

CVS has always been friendly, helpful, accommodating, and able to meet all the needs that I have for a pharmacy. I would recommend CVS to any of my friends because I think they would be happy there as well!

This CVS has the customer service and staff. From the cashier to the Pharmacy staff and Pharmacist, they are all very customer focused and friendly. This is the star gem CVS in Northern California. Lincoln, CA has the most awesome staff.

Went to buy something, cashier refused to do her job, told me to wait behind an old guy at self checkout, there wasn't even anyone else in line, how hard is it to do your job, be polite and ring me up? I was already fed up with this place, I'm not coming back.

my off brand prescription went from $20 to $130 for a 30 day supply. Get your meds from Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company - they don't even work with my insurance and the medication is $40.

Your voice mail system is useless. I wanted to talk to the pharmacy, a LUVE person. I've left 2 voice mails. No one has called back and I'm getting very frustrated. I need to find out why an RX is on hold and the app does not give a reason for the hold. Again, your new voice mail system SUCKS!! Is there another number to call and talk to a real person?

I live near by this CVS and it's super convenient for me to come here for things I may need . Today I walked in around 9am and got greeted by the friendly staff all dressed up in holiday fun costumes. It was such a great and fun idea to celebrate the holidays . They also had a lot of Christmas decor and goodies . I love all the unique fun things they have like cool holiday stuff . This store is pretty big and has a great selection of make up . This store is also very organized and clean . I would definitely be coming back here for some more new finds and I love the friendly staff ..
