FCC missed our recycling pickup. I called twice and spoke to Derek, then Andrew. They each sent a message to Dispatch. Both times, FCC closed the ticket with no reply, no explanation, and no pickup. It seems Derek and Andrew did their part, but then whoever was next dropped the ball twice.

They have blatantly skipped either my recycling or my garbage three times now. When I call, I get lip service. And that’s all you get. They promised to come and pick it up and never do. I wish I knew who to contact Sarasota County that selected these jokers to tell them exactly what kind of service we’re getting.
