Considerate checkin clerk with a good since of humor. In shop visit was great. App has failed me twice now. It sets up an appointment then I get a call from the shop that says they can’t do the time the app set up. If you call in great service and expectations are met…. With the app, good luck!

I was quoted the wrong price, off by about $10 even though I gave all the correct info, the drop off wasn’t bad and my pickup was finished in decent time without an appointment. A windshield wash would be nice. The courtesy/ update call were informative and quick.
