I heard of the bad reviews about this particular Goodwill Xpress and it seems that they have new employees now. The two employees Ken and Margaret were nothing but nice and helpful. I would recommend that you give it another chance.

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Especially Margaret. I see people treating them poorly which is so wrong. I love convenience of the drop off. So much better than the Roseville and Rocklin spots.

This morning the sweetest girl was working and she took the time to start a conversation. I didn’t get her name but it’s nice to see someone in a good mood, especially so early in the morning.
