“I’ve been frequenting here, once a week, for the past 3 weeks, with one more week left here in Lincoln, and when I read the reviews, I was a tad bit skeptical.
However - upon arriving on a late Sunday morning, I was pleased to find a laundry mat that was not the run down, dirty, hardly working machine reviews I had read earlier. I noticed that place could use a bit of a sweep and sure enough, while I was there for only one load, staff had already began sweeping and cleaning. There are a few out of order dryers but I’ve been here on two different weekends and after work during the week and always have found a machine to use. They just installed brand new Speed Queen washers & new flooring too. I am sure they are excellent - it’s a great brand. I am here again writing this review and staff are cleaning and doing maintenance - as they have each time I’ve been here. Maybe this place has had it rough moments and maybe they will still have days when the laundry gods are against them and machines aren’t cooperating but I must say, the owners are here working hard, they care about their business and want to provide a great service & they are doing just that.”

“I took a white dress with a transfer stain from another item rubbing on it in my suitcase when traveling. It was really difficult and I was not expecting them to be able to salvage it because the material was delicate. They probably removed 97% of this massive pink stain. I was really impressed and happy with that.”
