Do yourself a favor and don't buy any flooring here. They "forgot" to put in the order and as a result was delayed not once but three times, leaving me 6 months pregnant living on a concrete subfloor. Thanks for nothing

I live 3 hrs away and stopped in to purchase a gallon of paint. Got home and opened it and it apparently had been previously purchased and returned after it had froze. I called Lowe's spoke with manager Ron explaining that I didn't know when I would get back to Lincoln sent him pictures of the frozen paint, long story when the conversation ended he ASSURED me when I brought it back they would stand behind it and refund me. Jump ahead to today, greated by a gal In Customer service who could give a crap what I had to say and before I could get a word out she was either telling me hold on I'll get a manager or worried about the next guy standing there. Enters irogant manager Alex.who again didn't care to here my conversation with manager Ron that my purchase would be refunded the only thing he knew how to say was 90 days 90 days, and told me to contact the paint company, what do they have to do with Lowe's taking back frozen paint and putting it back on their shelves to resell? Lowe's was in the wrong and needed to make it right even if it meant an in-house credit be Alex wasn't even concerned to hear what took place to even understand the situation only to continue to say 90 day return. I get the store policy but Alex your manager Ron made it clear that he would honor my return but your big "store manager" tile clouded your service to the customer logical thinking. I bought the paint at a time it could not have froze on me, and clearly if I am going to drive 3 hrs to return a gallon of paint am I really making this stuff up. Bottom line would a gallon of paint "break Lowe's bank" well todays visit is going to help out Menards and Home Depot. Corporate office is my next phone call.

The Lowes in Lincoln is a huge store. The appliance, cabinet and flooring dept. are some of the best departments in the store. Marlene helped me pick out a dishwasher and refrigerator about 18 months ago. Had a few issues but she made it right. Amazing customer service. Remembering her, I went back to Lowes to buy a new washer and dryer. Marlene had been promoted to a manager and was in the midst of doing inventory; she introduced me to Caroline and, WOW, another Marlene! Also in the department is Daniel and MG who helped follow up on my purchase. This entire team is totally into finding the best product, the best price to fit your budget, great follow-up and customer service is outstanding. Ask for them when you are in the store; they don't disappoint. Five Star!*****

Store manager is not nice. The service is always horrible. I asked how much a plant was due to it being on the dying plant cart and the lady said it's not discounted because it doesn't have a red mark or whatever marking the have . I said, the plant is dying you really are going to charge full price for this. She called the manager and I heard her say this guy is arguing with me. Lol. Argue?! Well, the super unethical store manager came out and was being rude and said no, not going to give a discount on a half dead plant! That is called using power to be a jerk. I set the plant down and walked out. Never have I bought anything from there again.

This review is for the appliance delivery department. Should be a zero rating. Ordered a refrigerator on Monday and was first told it would be delivered on Tuesday. I received a call later on Monday stating they actually didn't have the refrigerator and was then told it would be delivered on Thursday. However, on Tuesday I received a text that the delivery would be at my house in 10 minutes. I called the store and was informed that was incorrect, even though their automated system still showed it was on the schedule. I was again told it was scheduled for Thursday and I would receive a call Wednesday night with the delivery time window. No call was received. I called first thing Thursday morning and was told I was left off the schedule for the day but they would try to get me added. After no call back, I called again and was told they were waiting to hear from the store manager. When I finally received a call I was told the store manager would be delivering the refrigerator. What actually happened was the assistant manager and two random employees showed up at my home with the refrigerator laying down in the back of someone's personal truck, even though the outside packaging specifically states the refrigerator is not to be laid down. These three had no business trying to deliver and install the refrigerator and the actual store manager should have never approved this. They were completely inexperienced and ended up damaging several areas in my home. I now have dents in my staircase banister, gashes in a door moulding and a dent in my combo microwave/convection oven. I've sent photos to the salesperson and have yet to receive any response. I'm addition, the three "installers" wouldn't level the refrigerator doors so I had to schedule another service appt. The GE refrigerator I purchased also already has a problem with the ice maker. Extremely dissatisfied with Lowe's!

Schedule a window installation estimate appointment with clear instructions to call me when they get to the house. George Salas, my Lowe's project specialist, left message day before asking me to call him. I Called 8 am day of appointment and left message.... I never heard back. My original appointment was 1-6, with the email indicating 1:00. He showed up at house at 2:00 playing loud music the whole street could hear, then proceeded to bang on the door bothering my tenant ...again, I left clear instructions to call me to meet him. I live a couple doors down. When he called me from the house after my tenant told him to. I did told him to go away. The most unprofessional of all 4 estimators that came out.

I was helped out by a very nice young man, I think his name was Luke or Lucas. My husband and I aren't very able to lift things into our car due to our age so Luke graciously asked if we would like some help. Well done with this hire, Lowe's.

I bought a dishwasher and told them I wanted the install takeaway everything. I got it delivered but no install. I had to drive to the store because you can never get anyone on the phone to be told it was a mistake on their part but it's pretty much my problem. Never again will I go there. Lincoln ca. Store

I don't have a problem with the store. However, the Lowe's credit card with Synchrony is outrageous. Not sure why but when I buy something the first bill I see is the one with a late charge already. Purchase $99. and the late fee is $30. The store does not handle any questions about the account and when you call you get automation.

I purchased a few things from the Roseville store and an hour later return them at the Lincoln store. After about 25 minutes of the cashiers check in with her managers, swiping my credit card, a few times, and looking at the items I'm returning they said they wanted to give me a store credit. And that's with a receipt! Now I recall this is the second time this is happened, when returning an item you've bought at a different Lowe's. Their systems are obviously not working together and I wanted to let you know. Store credit when you have a receipt is kind of an insult.

I like Lowes! The Seasonal decorations are great! The plants are great! I bought a deep blue/purple peacock and a big beautiful fern too!
