Keith is H. Is the manager she helped return something. I was the first customer. She even opened 10 minutes early. So professional and kind. I really thought I'd be there for an hour or two. I was out of there in less than a half hour. She knows her stuff and she trains her people. Well, I think all of T-Mobile should be having her training the managers. She's been manager there for eight years. I was so impressed. I'll never go to another T-Mobile store. The lady with the purple hair. Patti M.

This store is amazing! Bilal is amazing and so kind and understanding. He is also very helpful for me being technology illiterate. Lol.Any questions he is willing to help answer or find the answer and I will be customer for a long time!

Have called all week long with no answer. Came to the store anyway, sign says they open at 10 but it's now well passed 10 and no ones here to open. Myself and a few seniors are out here waiting. If you're closed put a sign on the door and update your voicemail...

Badly needed a upgrade on my Samsung. My phone has seriously had better days. It was time to upgrade or buy a better Samsung. The ("kid", Oscar) at the counter had no gumption of what I needed or cared to indulge me in buying new services. I inquired on another phone, which I never heard of, which Metro sells, yet he said, "Yea, just read the ad, it's all there". So much for customer service here!! I said, "Ohhh ok, from what I read and reviewed on (You-Tube), and other sites, the phone is good and the reviews are great. I said I'll buy it! He says, " We don't have any, you have to go elsewhere". I said, "Wow, ok, Can you call another store in Roseville CA, to see if they have it in stock?". He stated, " This is a franchise and we don't "talk" to other stores. You will just have to go into another location and check yourself". Well, guess what little boy, I'm spending my money elsewhere. This store really needs an overhaul in services. Wow!!! So... whoever runs this franchise in this area, really needs someone who wants to sell their phones and wants to assist customers.

I have to say how glad I was that I chose this store to go to vs. Any of the others. From the very first conversation I had with Balal on the phone, I was impressed with how accommodating and knowledgeable he was! He went above & beyond helping me with a variety of things that I needed to deal with in transferring info between 3 different phones. Something that could've been a gigantic headache was a completely positive experience thanks to him! He genuinely cares about his customers and was so efficient! Thanks Balal. I would HIGHLY recommend this store-

The owner is amazing!! I only go in once a month to pay my bill and to that particular store, and he knows my name! That's customer service!! He is always there to help or to give advice. Thank you!
