Here is a picture of my dog after taking him home and grooming him myself. I was told by the groomer at PetSmart in Lincoln today that he was going to have a bald spot on the top of his head because there was a small amount of matting and she would have to shave it bald. He is an Aussie doodle and does get some amount of matting on occasion but because his hair is so soft it is easily brushed out. The groomer let me know if she were to brush out the tangle it would “make him bleed”. I normally groom him myself but wasn’t feeling up to it because it is hot and clippers get hot outside, etc. Anyway I decided I didn’t want him to have a bald spot so I took him home and completed the job. I’m happy to report back he looks adorable with no bald spot and no more matting.

I called for a dog grooming appointment. The grooming manager said I wasn’t allowed to make appointments there for my dog. Basically I was shutout. Why I asked? She said there was no reason on the computer as to why and the girl who imputed the information no longer works here. Long story short…after waiting 12 minutes on the phone for the store manager, he made an appointment for my dog.
Why I’m I complaining….well the grooming manager said I was yelling and she didn’t want to deal with me. I was not yelling. This is the new norm for those who don’t want to find out reasons for error or to deal with complaints. I’m so sick and tired of this prejudiced…don’t want to do their job type of people. They are the ones with the problem. Do your job and deal with it or get a job that doesn’t involve customers. Unbelievable!

The service for purchasing fish was very disappointing. Although the attendant intervened to help us choose better fish, the options she recommended were not to our liking. As a customer with significant experience in fish farming, I believe it is my right to select the fish I want without being refused or directed in an impatient manner.

Angel & Karina are fantastic at what they do! My dog is incredibly high maintenance and Angel is so thorough. The two of them are excellent at communicating and they always have a smile on their face.

I always find what I’m looking for, their customer service is great and the groomers are so sweet! I typically have my doodle bathed there every few weeks and she always leaves happy :)

Unprofessional. Cursing. And when I asked if I could hold the hamsters (I was looking to purchase) I was told no since Covid they aren't allowed to have customers handle them. I know for a fact that is bs because I've been to all other PetSmart locations around recently looking for a hamster and they all let me hold them. I think she just didn't want to deal with it. The employee had curly hair and a long name that started with a K. The other blonde employee was super nice though. The lady at the register was rude.

I took my sweet girl Chloe in for a bath and I was extremely impressed by the staff. It’s extremely nerve racking to send your baby in and trust that they will be taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my YorkiePoo Chloe, her fur was nice a fluffy just how I like it! There was the cutest girl Karina who took care of her and Chloe just adored her as she was licking her all up and wagging her tail like crazy when I came to pick her up!! This definitely made me feel like she was well taken cared of!!Thank you Karina for taking care of my sweet girl!! Chloe looks forward to seeing you soon!!
