When I walked in a Hispanic man asked how he can help, I informed him that I had ordered on the app and gave him my name, then I sat to wait till the order was completed. He literally said not one more word to me besides the initial question. As I was sitting I noticed him making my sandwich but was not sure if he had made the second sandwich I ordered. Eventually he walked into the back and I assumed maybe was getting something else for the order. 3-4 minutes go by and I'm still sitting there wondering where he went. Eventually I stood up and he had put my order into the to go rack that they have. No verbal "hey your orders done" or "here you go, have a nice day". So I grab my sandwich and left. Not only was the service horrible but he made my sandwich wrong (toasted it which I did not order, and ignored my written request to make the bacon extra crispy)

My visit here was good, I must say when a person of the "Subway" training on how to make a sandwich that looks close to the photos around them it might be necessary that 1st and foremost they speak English, the lady that helped me before spoke zero English and it was lucky the manager was available to assist, plus it was only her 2nd day working, so she may have been nervous. It also seems important that when a person of status is making your sandwich making it shouldn't be with over the amount of condiments or mustard and mayonnaise(the owner put way too much mustard and mayonnaise for my liking...)Overall I could only hope that if I came back that a few small things were corrected because the franchise/owner operated location do well just most important remembering they are making it for you and not everyone is going to be seated at a table to eat it..Thank you for the great lunch options!

Waste of time. They do not serve Subway options, like breakfast lol The store looked closed at 8:20 this morning. No open sign lit up.

Updating my review and rating to 3 stars. My son went back to subway several times, despite my complaints and warnings about subpar service and rude employees. The subs are delicious and the vegetables are fresh and crisp. What is suspicious and odd is the older middle eastern employee was polite and accepted the subway coupon without any restrictions...while other employees were rude and didn't accept subway coupons.It seems each employee can decide when they accept and honor subway coupons.I still won't go back, but my son likes sandwiches and says it's the closest subway from our house.Aside from the inconsistency of service and unpredictability friendly or rude employees, it's is always clean and tidy and the food is fresh and amazing.

Stay away from this location. Sandwiches are dry and bread stale. Workers are rude at best. There are so many locations that make a good sandwich.

I was greater as I entered and the 2 people working the front on Tuesday 8/15 around 11am had the best attitude. Very happy to help and when I didn’t know what I wanted the man gave me suggestions. This was the customer service we have been missing lately .

We went in today to grab some sandwiches for dinner . I was concerned since last time they closed early . The store looks super clean and organized. With new logos stickers and new sandwiches on the menu since last time I came in . Gary was so helpful and friendly! He made our sandwiches super good ! He has great attention to detail . So crazy how good customer service can change everything. He was so friendly we will definitely be coming back more often ! Thanks Gary !

Highly recommend not ordering from the Subway on Sterling Parkway. I placed an order through the app earlier today. Apparently, a ticket never printed to make our 2 sandwiches. When I arrived, they argued with me that the order did not go through and they refused to make my order, even after I showed them that I had clearly been charged. I was told there was "absolutely nothing they could do" by the manager and both employees. I was shocked at the attitude and lack of customer service, and complete unwillingness to complete a PAID order. We don't go here often, but definitely never will again.

Love the food, love the service and the atmosphere. I hate that prices have gone up so much, and I'm never able to place an online order for this location. That's the only reason why they didn't get a 5 star review

My daughter loves subway! And we choose this location more often than not. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and fast! The food is always fantastic. They take coupons and every experience we have here is great. We plan on coming here many more times in the near future.

The woman working their was very rude to us she asked us if we wanted any more or if that was the last one and she could clearly see us looking and she was practically whispering when she was asking us what she wanted and then when we asked for one more she yelled at us and ringed us up. 1/10 do not recommend
