The eyebrow tech over threaded my eyebrow, it looks like half of my left eyebrow is missing in the middle. I have thin brows and light hair so I didnt notice until later..I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and this has never happened.
I am not really sure what I can do now but not happy for sure and will never come back here.

Won’t be coming here again. Was told to sit in a dirty chair she just had someone in and didn’t wipe down. Then she over charged me for my eyebrows. Definitely will be sticking to beauty by thread.

Love this place! They do such a great job with shaping your brows. They're the best threading place in Lincoln. The woman who runs it is so nice too!

I stopped by this establishment in august for the first time, and purchased their gift card for $50 cash I was happy with the service. fast forward to 11-7-23 went in again and had eyebrows done, when it came time to pay I was asked if I wanted to repurchase the gift certificate, I agreed took out my Credit Card and paid, the machine did something an according to the girl there it didn't work took the card out again and charged it again, Come to find out that both charges where pending on my account called the bank and they confirmed that no charges had been declined, contacted the owner and she was sorry and said she would take care of it. I said I will let you know once both have cleared, well come to find out she will not take care of nothing she refuses to believe me even after showing her proof!!! what thieves!!!! I will be requesting a refund for their gift certificate and never stepping foot in their establishment again!!!

I have super dark eyebrows and when they look off you can really tell. So I'm super picky about brow places, and this is my go to one in the Auburn/Roseville area. I don't want to go too thin especially on the bottom and I always tell them that, but sometimes they don't listen or don't understand my request. But overall they do me right.

Delicious burgers. Fish and chips. Macaroni cheese. And desserts, ice cream and fruit sundae. All very good and filling.Also beer. Great beer with meal. The menu is amazing and filled with very good choices.

I am really unhappy with the service I received here, especially since I was giving this place a second chance. I got my eyebrows threaded and knew the lady had cut me but didn't realize how much till I got home. She had cut my temple in several areas, which was really upsetting, not to mention that I had to attend several social events over the next few days with the cuts red or scabbing over. I went back the next day to complain and ask for a refund. The lady acknowledged that she knew their was a cut, blamed it on me and said she couldn't give me a refund. I was told I had to call the manager. I called the manager and had to come back a third time to get my money back. First of all, how in the world are you able to cut someone up this bad? This is just plain sloppy, careless work. This should never happen to anyone. Second, she blamed it on me, and said I wasn't holding my skin tight enough, which, by the way, has nothing to do with the cuts I got on my temple. I read online that these cuts are made because the worker was not holding the string tight enough. Lastly, she never apologized when she cut me and she never apologized when I came back the next day, which leads me to believe that she had a habit of cutting people because she shows no remorse whatsoever. She didn't care that she cut me several times. This is very unfortunate because I was giving this place a second chance even though I got cut on my previous visit because it was rate highly, but this visit was even worse! The worker did not apologize at the previous visit either, and my daughter was watching and was saying "She cut you, Mommy. Are you okay?" I would never again visit this place or recommend it based on the fact that I received cuts on consecutive visits and the staff was indecent and behaved as if cutting people was completely fine.

I just went in for my first ever threading apt. I was a walk in and was taken right away. She did a great job on my brows I will be back!

Never again. I asked for an eyebrow clean up and literally walked out with almost no eyebrows. Absolutely painful. An eyebrow cleanup does not mean take off half of my eyebrow and make it thin in as s**** Horrible!

Me and my sister came here yesterday for the first time. Kushi did my eyebrows amazingly thick and natural. I definitely found my new eyebrow spot!
