Great experience. I made an online reservation for the wrong date (doh), and when I showed up on the day of my move wondering why my reservation wasn't showing up, Griffith in the front office helped figure out the issue, then bent over backwards to fix my mistake and get me the truck I needed. Moving day: saved!Thanks again, Griffith!

Great experience at this location with assistance for a local rental to avoid having to go to Roseville for the online-reservation assigned location (would have added $25 to my rental cost to use Roseville). However, note that U-Haul Corporate charges a $1.00 "Environmental Fee" which is just a way to jack up the price. The $1.00 environmental fee is disingenuous at best and is basically a fraudulent charge for what should be included in the rental price as it is overhead and not a real "fee." U-Haul should be ashamed of itself for adding such a fee...most people just overlook it and pay it but just know it is noted and leaves a bad taste toward U-Haul corporate. Nothing to do with this local rental location, however. Thus, the less than five-star rating.

If I could give it less than -1 rating, I would. This place is a joke. The guy running it is void any type of people skills or personality. He was less than helpful and made us feel unwelcome and our business unwanted. We called for three days after making a reservation, to see if we could make some changes as to which they did not answer their phone. Why? It is a phone number that is no longer in service for them and so we had to go in person. When we asked why he didn't answer, his reply was that number is no longer in service.... Not, shoot, I apologize, we need to make the changes to that ad space. When we rented the vehicle, we turned it on to warm up and went around to inspect the vehicle as to which the doors automatically locked behind, leaving the key inside. WTF? What kind of vehicle automatically locks the doors when the doors close? So, you would think, logically, they have a spare key at the rental place right? NO. So, when we explained what happened, the uncaring, condescending humanoid said, " Yeah, it happens from time to time". Shrugged it off. What a !%#@ you know what! So, we asked that they get a locksmith to handle this. Not only did the shop NOT take any ownership in the issue with the vehicle locking behind us... they didn't offer to pay for the Locksmith. I wish I would have canceled this right on the spot leaving them to deal with the issue. Ninety minutes later and Seventy Five Dollars more! Then, when I went in to get the keys, the guy wouldn't even look at me. NO DOUBT, the story will continue as we may have other issues that could arise as to which, there will be no help of course. We still have a journey to make and to yet return this vehicle. What will the sinister, blank faced man do next? WE RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE..... ANYWHERE BUT HERE. If I could give this a double F-off I would. You're welcome!

My brother and I are very thankful to the man who helped us rent a Uhaul. We had an unexpected problem come up, and he helped us with no questions asked. We are so grateful! Thank you!!

Rented a Uhaul and had a bad experience with "Hector". I asked Hector, upon arrival, for assistance with the Uhaul enrollment process as I had processed the transaction online, and his response was not professional or welcoming. I will ensure to NOT pickup from this location going forward, and would urge others who want a positive customer experience to do the same. Reading other reviews, I see it's common the business is lacking in providing a positive customer experience

I’ve returned a trailer to this location in the past and the guy is very rude and extremely lazy. But now he’s also the same man that tells me he has a trailer but yet I can’t use it because I’m not returning it at that location. Now why would I pay $900 In overall cost to rent a trailer and drive 32 hours to deliver what needs to be delivered then drive 32 hour back to deliver a trailer back to the location (that subs trailers! This meaning they call Uhaul and get another trailer sent over to them.) Then drive 32 hours back home. So then he’s nice enough to tell me where a trailer is over a hour and a half from me and the location will he closed before I can make it there. The guy is extremely rude and literally lost money by not allowing me to rent a Uhaul. Side note he would not let me speak to a manager. I hate giving a bad review to a business but maybe if you eliminated the bad employee this could’ve been prevented.

I rented a uhaul from them for a day. The worker made everything really easy and helped me out figuring out how to use the truck. Dropbox was convenient and ended up spending $35 less than I thought. 5/5
