Easy and friendly staff! They even helped me carrying the heavy package!
However sometimes I have to wait for 5 mins so the counter person comes to help!

Pick up location if ups can't get you at your house or need to sign for something but aren't home during the day etc. NO outgoing mail from this location. UPS store couple doors down is closest option for outgoing. Check hours at that location.

My visit here was simple and easy no issues, there was a line of about 9 people waiting but that is expected with the holiday's fast approaching and people wanting to get there packages out, the staff was nice and attentive. I'm not sure if they are still requiring business to wear masks but the customers were and unfortunately none of the workers were..Overall everything was good Thanks!
