This has to be the most incompetent post officeI’ve ever been to in my entire life!
I don’t understand why they can’t tell you everything the first time. This is the fourth time I’ve been at the post office and every time I come in here they want something different and something more! This is like DMV status!
They have no problem taking my money than telling me they can’t do something and then not wanting to give me my money back!
And then I wanna talk with the bulk mail employee and they always tell me to come between 10 and 12 so I come and they tell me she’s on lunch and I need to wait 20 minutes for her. Why tell me to come between 10 and 12??

USPS lost my package and have yet to receive any contact in regards of where my package is located. I understand accidents happen but the carrier placed the key in someone else's box and have never seen my package again. Also the service is horrible at the USPS office.

Worst managed Post Office in my experience. Lines wrapped around the facility for hours. No prioritization - - a simple quick service line ( e.g., 3 or less packages, stamps) would move people through.The self service kiosk did not work. Perfect storm with invisible management.

This place is a joke! I paid for certified mail over two weeks ago, look at tracking and they're still sitting at the post office. Getting them to answer the phone is impossible so you're forced to go in person, which only irritates me more. So I go in aggravated to talk to someone calmly and typically that backfires because they are completely incompetent. If you can avoid this particular post office do so!

This is the Local swamp that needs to be drained , seems to be no management and no people skills , these people should be removed from the job , they are lazy, rude to elderly , treat any question with no respect , can’t handle the work , and the pickup door is seldom answered while the lady at the front desk always yells get in line over here they probably won’t answer the bell , why have the door for it then ? they move like it’s still the Lincoln in the 70s.

9:30 am and the post office is not open. Who ever heard of a post office not being open 8 to 5 m- f. Crazy waste of time.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. I asked if I had mail at at the location and was put on hold. Its beem almost 1½. Nobody has got back to provide service of any sort. The lady who answered the call asked for my address.. I told her I was at the goldenvillage aprtments and right before I can provide the street name and apt number she immedietly put me on hold. I am still currently on hold. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is a post office. It gets busy. Customers get stressed. I go here on a regular basis and even today, 24 May, the staff was awesome. I was behind a very rude customer who was complaining about issues that had NOTHING to do with the abilities of the Office. Staff remained calm and professional. They apologized to every customer for the wait. Excellent customer service!

I run a medical practice in Lincoln. We routinely are having our patient’s sensitive health data delivered to other addresses. We also get other medical practices’ mail and private residential mail. Whoever sorts the mail does not pay attention at this location. I had a batch of checks delivered today there postmarked from July 2023—it is Jan 20204. Where have they been? Who knows. The checks are going to need to be reissued.

I was expecting Amazon to deliver my package , as they know how important it is to try and conceal a package to prevent thieves from stealing off your porch. I have a cove and an area to the side of my front door that is lined with plants..You would think the Postal Service Lady in Lincoln would be more concerned, considerate and protective..but, instead..she placed the. package in front of my door..for anyone to see it. I never received the notification that it was delivered. Luckily I had been watching for my package all morning and afternoon. Not happy with the Postal service for not placing my package out of view of possible "porch pirates"!!.

I will not use USPS for packages, only UPS or FedEx - the government just is not there to help!
