“I came in for a 9am apt for a tire repair at the Yuba City location on 1/21/26. Josh and the team went above and beyond to help me. Their main priority was that I was in a safe, road worthy vehicle. Care factor of 1000%. I sat in the lobby wondering how I got so lucky and saw that it wasn't luck at all. Everyone that walked in was getting the same generous, thoughtful, customer service.
