“I had bought some headlights yesterday, they were the incorrect ones.. I returned them today, without any issues. Unfortunately I couldn’t replace them , due to Carpal tunnel in both hands, ( and I accidentally place the original headlight bulbs incorrectly). I returned to autozone and asked if they could help.. they didn’t hesitate and went far and beyond and back. I also had an issue with the break lights they corrected the issue.. The fact that I am very independent and self sufficient, made it even more significant. I tried to buy them lunch to show my immense gratitude. They refused. Plus being Latina who always tries to always look put together.. I was a hot mess no make-up looking crazy lol . The staff at Autozone in Lindsay, Ca is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. It also a plus, the staff is “easy on the eyes”. I will always be extremely grateful for the opportunity to encounter the best staff to assist when in need.
