The clerk was patient and explained all the necessary steps, making sure my application was filled out correctly to avoid delays. They even took my passport photo on-site, which was super convenient. The entire process was quick, and I received my new passport in record time. The staff’s professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. Considering the reasonable fees and excellent service, I’ll definitely return here for any postal or government document needs. Five stars!”
