Probably the worst store in America. The manager is so so rude and her employees do not know how to count money. Will never ever come back due to the terrible experience. The manager should be fired and away from customers and her employee should go back to first grade math where they calculate and count coins. I would give it a zero, but that’s not possible, so I give it a one.

Terrible service, bad manager.I really hope the management training process gets better. On the exchange policy, it says “Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date of purchase with the original sales or gift receipt.” (That’s verbatim). I have a defective hoodie (the seam is broken) and the receipt from five days after the purchase. Yet, because it was worn, they did not let me exchange it. That’s right, they violated their own policy. The hoodie was defective, so it didn’t matter if it was worn. It already qualified for an exchange. The manager did not allow an exchange despite the conditions being met. Terrible service.

Prices are good the size of the clothes is ridiculously small this place is more for teenagers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I GOT OVER CHARGED ON 3 ITEMS!! I went up there to let them know and ANDREA THE SO CALLED MANAGER MADE ME WAIT AGAIN ON A HUGE LONG LINE to do the price adjustment!!! Keep in mind I had a baby in my arms!! Then Once 40 min passed and finally at the register she says im too rude and she wont do an adjustment!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I hope she gets covid! I went to pleasanton and such better service! Dont work in customer service if you cant handle the job!

The worst employees in service especially the employee with the number 919644 bad attitude to attend I do not know why they are working there with that attitude it does not seem that they are doing us a favor without thinking that thanks to the sales they have a salary they should attend the I publish since customer service is to be friendly

I hadn't been in an Aeropostale for 7 years and back when I shopped there it was one in a tiny town. So I walked into this one really excited to see what it was like, expecting it to be bigger and have better selection. It was somehow worse. Very small selection, not at all like I remember. Staff didn't welcome me into the store when I walked in and when I was looking around nobody offered any help. I found one thing I liked and walked toward the dressing room, there was a group of employees talking near the dressing room and I stopped for a moment expecting them to count my items or give me a room but they didn't even look at me. I walked on into the dressing room myself.. the door didn't lock and the floor was littered with trash so I couldn't really set my stuff down. There were no coat hooks either so I was awkwardly juggling my stuff while trying to rush to put the shirt on because I was nervous someone was going to walk in. Luckily there was no line for checkout so that took about 30 seconds. Lady at the cash register was nice at least.

Worst customer service ever! The people who work here don't even say hello! They just stand there and stare at you. Like the managers here don't know how to be managers! Replacement!! They need a whole new staff here with a friendly and a professional approach to customers!.

1st time in this store the employees were very rude.2nd time there goes another rude staff but this time different people. This store really needs a whole new staff that is willing to work and represent Areopostale in a better way and get rid of the stuck up people.

The collections were below par. The staffs were so rude and not ready to answer any of the questions. Go to this store if you want to meet rude staff and get a very bad customer service. I won't recommend this store to anyone.

I would give this store 0 stars if possible. This is the worst store I have ever visited. The collections were very ordinary. Most associates in the store were very rude when I asked questions and I walked out of the store super annoyed. Just avoid this store.
