Worst store ever. I’ve been buying all saints pieces for a long time. I went in for an exchange and they wouldn’t let me even after having the tag still in place and the piece being in pristine condition. No more all saints for me.

They have all of the ugly stuff for sale, the cheap sheer fabric with ruffles and stuff. None of the cool stuff, aside from a few leather jackets.

They are not open all the time. They’re regular close on Monday & Tuesday. But today Wednesday still no open. Should call before you go shopping there.

I rock a ton of Allsaints. I like the fits, quality and overall brand aesthetic. I've worked in luxury retail and actually have quite a few colleagues that work or have worked for Allsaints. This store is a poor representation of the brand. Every time I come here an employee follows me around and will ask multiple times what I'm looking for. It's annoying but again I'm a fan of the brand so I put up with it. I've spent thousands at this location. Today was the last straw, I will never shop at this store again. An employee was following my girlfriend around intently as a handful of customers including myself browsed around the store. She picked up a pair of sweats(a style she already owns, but was contemplating a different color), as she held them up to see if she liked the color the employee told her that they don't have any other sizes. She told the employee she was just checking out the colors and kneeled down to look at them(weird merchandising btw), the employee kneeled down face to face with her and said that those were all the colors very passive aggressive. When my girlfriend walked away to browse elsewhere, she followed her and made her feel unwelcome. For some context, I'm white and my girlfriend is Latina. This was upsetting for her and turned her off from browsing any more. It seemed like they thought she was going to steal some clearance sweats? We won't be back to this shitty outlet store anymore, thanks entirely to the shitty staff here.

Edited to add: I was so disappointed, I am literally writing this outside of the store (01/10/22 at 1:20pm) Unfriendly staff, didn't even acknowledge me at any point. Was looking to refresh a bit of my casual wardrobe and was ignored. I get that working in retail is a challenge (I also work in retail), but it made me feel like my business wasn't worth their time. I would encourage the leadership team to remind the team members every person walking through the door is an opportunity.

For how expensive the products are, you would expect friendlier staff. Came here on a Sunday evening on 10/17/21 and was so discouraged to experience the rude staff. It's not a coincidence that most of these bad reviews are regarding their behavior. They're quite condescending to people who are about to spend hundreds to thousands in their store, which doesn't really make sense to me. I have experienced much better service at designer stores such as Dior, Fendi, Prada, etc but I guess an outlet All Saints is exempt lol..... anyways, never trust a girl with eyebrows that resemble a black box.

Loving this store, service great plus inventory was full of exceptional and beautiful pieces, there were lots of sales, and not like some stores do when they raise the prices then give you a sale, not here this is big time sale prices, they are dropping those prices like it hot!!!! So I bought this amazing bag! They got me a brand new one from the back all leather, fitting rooms were opened and it's just a beautiful display of beauties.

The staff is terrible. Every time I go in there I feel so uncomfortable that I end up just having to leave without getting to look around. First off, I'm usually followed around in the store. You should see staff's reaction when I look at clothes near the entrance. Then today I thought I'd give em one more chance, there was a guy with glasses and a girl in the back, I said "hi" and they chuckled and walked away from me. I left immediately. I love AllSaint clothes but the staff here make me not want to touch the stuff.

I always pay this place a visit every time I go to the outlets. The sale is always good and the associates are super helpful. I always get real and honest fashion advice which is one of the reasons I always shop brick and mortar instead of online. The employees are helpful and the clothes are high quality and eye catching. I definitely recommend taking a look on your visit to the outlets
