Rude woman answered the phone. Wouldn't answer any questions, and when I repeated my questions she didn't seem to be able to focus on, she hung up on me. How hard is it to get a quote for exam fees, rabies shots, and the yearly feline FVCR shot? To complicated to focus or answer, then she hung up on me. I found the answers I was looking for and booked with the Vet next on the Google search. RUDE

Horrible assistance. I rescued a stray dog that was abandoned and Although Arroyo was quick to take the appointment they were quick to say NO for any assistance and they're all about the almighty dollar

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Kapty took her time with my doggo's exam & answering my questions. She was very kind and knowledgeable, also offered several options for treatment. Really exceptional experience.

We have been patients the past 7 years. We have seen different vets and techs and everybody’s professional and caring. Our dog loves this place. Highly appreciate the ladies at the front desk who answers my phone calls and emails me documents promptly when I need them.

This place is THE best. Dr Tatari cured a life-long issue my dog was having that several other vets said just needed to be managed. She is attentive and really takes the time to both examine my dog and talk to me about options. She thinks about prevention as well as treatment and is up to date on the latest research. I never feel rushed or pressured to buy extra services or products and I’m confident when she recommends something it’s because it’s research backed and the best option for my dog. It can be really hard to find a vet who is scientifically/medically thorough and also easy to talk to, approachable, and personable. The nurses and other staff are also all phenomenal, they’re patient and sweet to my dog and organized, timely, and thorough with me! It’s been a crazy few years and they’ve been phenomenal every step of the way. We’ve been to many vets both in Livermore and across the country and this would be my pick for life!

I travel from Fremont to Arroyo in Livermore. Dr Rosato is the best! She has taken care of my animals for probably 20+ years! The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive to all. Truly exceptional. Thank you for all you have done for Felix, Marvel, and Clyde.

If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. I am not the type of person who posts reviews of anything, if I didn't like a place or service, I just simply don't go back and not spend my money with them again. However, I feel the need to write this review so no other family experiences what I just went through. First of all, I am fully aware of following Covid policies and procedures, but this clinic still follows a no entrance policy with the pet owner/families. You call in the parking lot to let them know you have arrived, then receive another phone call from the Vet Tech to do a phone interview, stand outside with your pet as the tech escorts your very scared pet into their facility without you. This is not the most appalling issue I encountered for the 2nd time in a year of going here. When the veterinarian called to review her exam with me, I can only describe the attitude as extremely accusatory, scolding and frankly condescending. Accusatory in the fact that my pup had a scab on his back and when the vet called me saying, " it looks like someone bit him on the back". Now, maybe I was a bit taken aback because of the choice of words she decided to use, as in " someone bit him", but the conversation descended into an accusatory and scolding tone when this Vet decided to condescending scold me on utilizing a Vaccine clinic when I had a family emergency and had to put my pup in a kennel and he needed up to date vaccines. He was 1 month over due on vaccines and I utilized the vaccine clinic emergently because I was flying out the next morning and this clinic could not see us the same day. I was scolded because the Vet stated I had over vaccinated my pup when I told the vaccine clinic to give all vaccines required to board my dog because I did not have record of his prior vaccines. I will no longer waste my time with this abhorrent clinic. I advise you should take your hard earned money elsewhere.

We've been coming here for 3 years. Before Covid, they were great! Recently, there's been staff changes and Covid restrictions still I place for over 2 years now: it's really disappointing that they charge you a nurse fee every single series of vaccinations! It is not the case with other vet clinics in Livermore. I called around specifically for this question. Because I just don't understand how every visit with series of the same vaccination cost an arm and leg! I'll be finishing the last round of flu and I'm moving my dogs somewhere else where they treat me with respect and investigate my questions thoroughly instead of looking at me like some kind of idiot! Customers are always right, when something doesn't feel right, it's because it is not right!

We tried, but after a couple puppy appointments we were not impressed with the overall service and attitude of the staff. Disappointing.

I was in with a stray that I took in from next door. The goal was a wellness check and then be on my way. It turned out the little body of the sweet kitty I name Moira on the way to the vet was riddled with cancer. I had to make the heart wrenching decision to put her down. It hit me hard. The staff was so caring, gentle and compassionate. Not how I planned my visit would go, but kudos for how the staff helped me through.

I started out as a customer shortly after they opened. I took all four of my dogs and all of my foster dogs. I was so happy with them that when a job became available I applied and started working the front office. I have since retired and moved over an hour away, but knowing first hand how wonderful the doctors, nurses and the entire staff are I will be driving that distance to have my pets seen here. You could not ask for a group of people that care more for their patients.

A few years back we brought our beloved cat here for care. After a couple of blood panels nothing conclusive was determined and our cat's health deteriorated. We eventually brought him in for care when his weight continued to drop. My husband felt that we should keep him home and I insisted on bringing him in for care. While trying to insert an IV they ripped the skin on his neck so bad that he required staples. Then sent him home a short time later. He died less than hour after coming home. They actually charged for the IV that caused such damage and was never able to be inserted. I waited to write this review so that I wasn't writing out of emotion. It brings tears to think that I pushed for my husband to bring him in and his life could've been prolonged, even for a short period, without the shock of such an injury. We never received a call to check on his progress or to apologize for what happened. Needless to say we never went back.

Where do I even begin regarding Dr. Rosato? How many of you have a vet that calls daily, gives you updates on weekdays and weekends, calls you back when she says she will - even after hours just to walk you through installing a libre sensor, makes sure all documentation reaches other specialist on time w/ detailed notes and reaches out to other vets for a 2nd opinion - Dr. Rosato is THAT Doctor. She has even said she wouldn't be opposed to coming in to the office on her day off to help my dog. My dog was recently diagnosed w/ diabetes and w/ her hand holding, got my dogs glucose under control. Unfortunately, other diseases are present and without her, I would be completely lost without. She's a straight shooter w/ a sweet, funny sense of humor. She doesn't sugar coat what's going on w/ your dog and doesn't try to milk you for ever dime you have. I could go on and on because with ALL the issues I've had w/ my 2 dogs and ALL the other vets I've used in the past 12 years, she is by far the BEST I've ever experienced. I'll never use another Doctor for my beloved pets.
