Disaster !!!
Understaffed. Average wait time 1 hour in store.
Staffed by high school kids who have no clue what they are doing!
Not the kids fault! Problem is with ATT how little they think of customers!

If I could give more than 5 stars to this store, I would. I want to shout out our sales associate, “Josh”. When I tell you I have never had an AT&T experience that was so smooth, informative, and overall an exciting and pleasant experience. I came in with my parents to see our eligibility for upgrading our phones this year, and Josh not only helped us with that, but also examined our monthly payments and managed to save us money with various promos and ways to do so. He assisted with every concern we had, more than just upgrading our phone - even when it came to getting quotes for different services.
The energy, way he spoke and carried himself, and also just how we were treated was really the best part of the entire customer experience. This location is in a great area, definitely a slower location too, so you are sure to be helped. 10000/10 goes out to Josh and the team at this location. We felt like we were taken care of and treated like family.

Not owned by AT&T. Asked for new prepaid cellphone service using my existing number; they didn’t know how to do it. Went to another store and I was able to open a new prepaid account using my existing number.

The AT&T screen protector cracked in less than 3 months. At the time of purchase, sells rep said the replacement cost was $5 under the lifetime warranty. However, the purchase record was not entered in the system so I had to find and show email receipt. On top of it, the replacement cost became $10. Also, the sells rep and her manager promised cash rewards for us to try their internet service and we signed up. It’s been 3 months now with many calls and 2 visits back to the AT&T store, they still failed to honor the full amount of rewards. The internet reception is not optimal. Overall we are very disappointed with the whole experience with AT&T and considering to switch to other provider.

Do not use this store for any kind of upgrade! They have no idea what they are doing, except causing major issues! Go somewhere else!!

Service was great, as usual when they are trying to sell you something! I just wish the sales representatives were honest and not just in for their commission. They omit important information that gets you into a lot of trouble, like adding extra lines without your consent, and leave you to deal with the afterward troubles on your own.

I've been into this store many times and every time I had the very best experience. Yuliana and another person went beyond to help me setup my apple watch and new phones. I highly recommend Yuliana for her great customer service and followups to make sure we're set. I had one small hiccup but that was handled very well by the Store manager Yuliana. I highly recommend this place.

I came to get my screen protector replaced and Yuliana helped me right away. She was very courteous and also advised me about how to get a replacement from AT&T. I have been to this location at Livermore several times and have always been a very satisfied customer.

Please be careful with the sales associates here when you simply intend to upgrade your new phone. The sale associates here try to cross-sale all type of services and products, and they are not being honest with the payment plans. If not careful, you will end up getting an unexpected bill with all type of extra charges.

Spent over 3 hours at At&t. This is my third trip to the AT&T store in the past few months. And every single time I am left with more problems to be resolved and have to go back again. My phone number was also changed without them telling me. Every experience at the AT&T store is extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
