I took my car in this morning and was upsold to the highest wash. I thought for $50 my car would be clean but it is not. This is not what I was expecting for the price.

Good service however the car wash arms scratched my car significantly. All cleaning performed by hand was good however it appears the automated car wash arms scratch the car (a sedan) a lot. Don't recommend this location.

I arrive and wait in line in my truck and finally make it to the Autopia Car Wash attendant who then rejects my truck because I have some hay in the back.
“May I go to the other side and use your vacuums?”
No, No Hay in the truck, responds the attendant.
“May I borrow a broom?” I ask, because I am willing to clean out the small bit of remaining hay.
No, we don’t have broom, replies the attendant in broken English.
So, several cars had to get out of my way so I could find a way to clean out the remaining bit of hay.
Thankfully, one of the neighboring home owners offers me a broom, dust pan and his organic waste can. I clean out the bed of the truck.
I get back in line and finally get to the attendant.
“You have to remove your trailer hitch.”
That’s it. If website that attracted me to the business had no such warnings, and the attendant could not give me the full definition of delivering the proverbial witches broom to OZ, then Autopia doesn’t want my business.

Terrible service, they didn't vacuum my car properly, in the middle of the seats they didn't even bother to vacuum, in the back where the drinks are placed they didn't bother to check if it was clean, a total disaster, I came back and I let them know my dissatisfaction and I paid them 15 dollars more to wash the mats and I asked them to please clean it again where they had not cleaned it and to vacuum it well please and Pz nothing, they just washed the mats and left it just as dirty, ???? but it has already happened to me once, I don't know why the hell I came back, I don't totally recommend it, bad service

The place used to be good but have gone down the drain in the past few months. After paying for the ultimate wash, got a car with not just partially cleaned interior but dirty exterior as well. Am disappointed

Pay a lot of money to get my cars washed here however, the new employee brining the cars to the actual wash at the front end (rail) has been banging the cars in the track so hard I have to get my alignment checked. Just wait until your car is actually on the track before walking back to keep an eye on your car.

They do a great Job! They just need to give it a couple more minutes to dry, always have to call out wet areas. Hopefully not pressured to the point of rushing
