After my interaction with the manager Victor they deserve 10 stars! Had some issues reached out to branch manager, Victor Chan returned my call and was nice enough to spend time going the extra mile to solve my problem. He promptly followed up with me with a resolution to my issue. I am more than impressed with this kind of service and highly recommend the Livermore branch of BMO

This is my favorite bank by far. I have been a customer for 13 years and every single time I go inside, they greet me like an old friend. The wait time is minimal compared to other banks (looking at you Bofa and Wells). There is minimal staff turnover so you are not constantly dealing with new trainees.Their new manager, Victor, is a great guy. Always looking for ways to make your experience with the bank smoother and easier. He will introduce new products or contacts without any pressure. A great resource to have on your side, especially if you're a business.

This branch has a very nice atmosphere. I really can't see why someone would rate a bad review for this branch. Just try it for yourself, they actually greet me every time I walk in with my Hubby and provide excellent service. The staff is very attentive in handling my transactions consistently. Parking is bad due to the location being downtown but that's given for any downtown. Being that they are right in the middle makes it very convenient. I Just moved from First Republic bank because of fees. I went to the bank today to open a personal checking and so happy that they have an account that has no fees with just 1 deposit a month. I'm transferring my relationship over and will eventually move my investment over as well. Keep it up team Livermore, Kudos to Rick, Lisa, Mayra Perez and the manager Mr. Chan for the top notch service.

It's the best. Great people that work there. Polite, helpful and they know their stuff. No complaints from me. They take their time in helping you they call you be name. I have never had a problem with them. I actually go to them before I call corporate.

This is by far the very worst bank anyone can go to! They have absolutely no professionalism nor any clue to what good customer service is! I went into this bank a few days ago with my hubby, and there was no proper greeting, which should be the first thing that should take place.My hubby didn't find the atmosphere to be inviting and as he put it, "disastrously unwelcoming service! They themselves look like very unhappy people, which is quite the reflection of what they portrayed to us a few days ago in their lack of service. He could not begin to comprehend why it took so long and it always has such a long line, or a short line at times that takes as long as a lengthy line!!?!!!! We tend to enjoy working with businesses that know what they're doing, and do it with style aka respect, courtesy and in a timely manner ! However, the waiting in line. Tick tock tick tock your time is up! Is so frustrating and It's due to the consistent slow pace of processing transactions and only a few people on staff in their very small branch. I've found that there's something definitely missing in their processes for it to take FOREVER that one can feel like they're waiting in the DMV !Simply put, I do not recommend Bank of the West whatsoever because they absolutely have no concept of what good customer service is. Hence my understanding of the very low rating of this bank across the USA! Null Sterne! = 0 Stars!

I just came into make a deposit on a Saturday morning and was surprised to find this location as it's so convenient for me and it's smack in downtown. We just moved to Livermore from Fremont and the service is very upscale compared to my credit union down the block. The entire staff is extremely friendly and always seem to know my name when I come in. The main reason I keep coming back is because the team in here is actually happy and I'm loving the positive vibe and energy at this particular branch. It feels good when you get treated with respect and professionalism. Parking is great as there are assigned parking spaces for the bank, however there are always PEOPLE BEHAVING BADLY and parking can be difficult during peak hours, but it should be considered as this is downtown and there are so many restaurants around. If there was one change I would recommend having an extension on the awning for the ATM as there is a glare in the afternoon.
