First time shopping at a Boot Barn. Staff was very helpful. Surprised to find 2 brands of men's wear that included tall sizes. They've packed a lot of men's apparel into a modest space. There is also women's wear, accessories, children's boots, and other misc. items like blankets and gloves that would make nice gifts. The boots are displayed by size, and easy to see what you're looking at. Cowboy boots are organized separately from the work boots.

Great service and good prices. They also speak Spanish which is great for us. This place is a bit of a drive for us, but we are glad we went. 3 pairs of boots later!

Got a gift card for Christmas and I got the cutest freaking cowboy boots you could imagine, they have so much selection here! The staff here is super helpful and friendly. Can't wait to come back and buy another pair 👢

This place was boot-tastic. They had boots, hats, shirts, jackets, and boots. I like the style of the boots. It also smells good in there like new boots. If you need boots, get in there and stop messing around.

Seemed to be short-staffed over the holiday with messy shelves and no assistance in the boots aisles but I found what I wanted on my own and made my exchange with no hassle. The little Phillies at checkout are friendly.

I went in to buy some new work boots for my job with my brother since we both needed some. We are people of color and as soon as we walked in one of the employees gave us a look, we walked to the back and he immediately followed us and asked us what we needed, we told him we didn’t need help and he left us alone. Later on we needed a different sized shoe so we asked for assistance from Tyler, he gave us another look took the shoe and went to the back. He never came back after waiting twenty minutes. We assumed he did not want our business and left. We are very displeased.

Outstanding service. I had some issues with some boots a few months after purchase, and they took care of it. This is what a business is all about. Knowledgeable staff and plenty of inventory to chose from.

Been shopping boot barn for 20+ years. I was insulted by two trashy women with a total of four teeth between them working the jean department. I think their IQ added up to 12. This place has gone waaay downhill and I will never shop there again. Booo
