Good service seems to be a thing of the past. Overall, 7-11 isn't known for having good service or good employees, in my experience. I stopped at this location yesterday and found that this isn't the typical 7-11 and the young lady working there isn't your typical employee. The store was clean and the clerk was friendly and helpful. After our brief encounter, my day felt happier as she was so pleasant. Good parenting most likely played a big role in her life. Thank you. I don't live close to this store but visit Livermore fairly often. I look forward to stopping by again.

I want to give a big shout out to G, the clerk at 7-11!!! I went in this morning at 5am to surprise my husband with a special coffee. I was acknowledged as I walked in the door and G was friendly and busy doing tasks. I grabbed the extra large coffee and added all kinds of cream, etc to make it special for my hubby!! I left the store and drove home. Just as I turned on to my street, due to the horrible cup holders in my car, the entire xtra large coffee went all over my floor on the passenger side. After yelling a rant, I turned around and went back. I came thru the door angry that I had to go buy another coffee. I ran in grabbed some napkins and asked how much the coffee was that I had chosen. He said no problem, just come get a new one. I was blown away!! People don't go above and beyond any more, so because of G, u have a customer for life!! U have a great employee!! Pls reward him for his dedication and kindness!!! He made my day!!

Cheap fuel however, limited gas station cuisine. Like no Big Bites? No chicken wings? Fountain drinks are temporary suspended due to the COVID-19 protocols. Still a clean store with good 6' distancing markers. The helpful fella at the register is always there. I have the rewards app, which you can just punch in your phone number.

Went in there to get some taquitos and the sign says 5 for 4$. So I grab 15 of them. When he rang me up it came up to 15.96. I told him the sign says 5 for 4$. So he comes around to look at it. Took him about a minute just staring at it. Comes back to ring it up still 15.96. I told him to over ride it and he says he can't. Then I said to get the manager he said he is but he can't over ride it. So they are false advertising. Won't go there again. I wouldn't even give them a star. But to post it I have to punch the star.

This is for the location on North Livermore. This morning I got gas and the man at the front desk cashier. No other way to explain it but he is a f****** a******* I said good morning no reply from him very rude no personality is just a f****** a******* The only reason I'm giving it a one star because there is nothing below it. If you're going to work at a Retail or convenience store. You need to have some professionalism, courtesy, and a smile on your f****** face. If you're not happy going to work and stay home in bed like a dumbass.

Normally I have no complaints about 7/11. It's a convenient place to grab a late night snack, or pretty much whatever you could possibly need at 2AM. However, this location will no longer be getting my business. The cashier, who was "conveniently" not wearing a name badge refused to give me my change, as well as my receipt. Avoid this location if you can!

I uploaded a picture that sums up this location pretty well. My other experiences can be sufficed as.. bad service. The female clerk is usually on the phone. And was in pajama pants a few times!! They seem anything but happy to have customers come in, if anything a bit bothered by customers coming in. I've just started going to that little liquor store on L Street in between First and Second Streets, much nicer clerks, and it's and hell of a lot cleaner!

I think this is the worst 7-11 out there (and that is saying something!). The guy behind the counter is always on the phone (and stays talking on the phone while he is "helping" you), never smiles, never says thank you, and is just plain rude. The one time we went in there and he wasn't on the phone, he was still just as rude and unfriendly. If my wife didn't like slurpees so much, I'd never go in this place.

This is truly one of the dirtiest 7-11's that I have ever been in. Buying consumables from there is completely out of the question. I wouldn't even go back to buy a newspaper there. They just don't take care of the place. A little cleanliness goes a long way in a retail food establishment.

Horrible service....I tried to cash in a lottery ticket that I had bought there, only a $2 winner, but the cashier refused, I could quite understand what he was saying, so I politely said " I'm sorry" and he started yelling at me" I speak english" he was very rude to me until a tall "cowboy" walked in and all of a sudden the yelling stopped.......then, recently, I took my son & nephew for a slurpee. As we walked to the back, the clerk was on his phone and wouldn't let us pass. He didn't say anything, he just put his hand up in my face....hmm...we ended up getting soda's. When I went to the counter to pay, I also asked for a scratcher. He was about half way with our transaction and he suddenly left and walked out to his car....there were 4 people behind me and we all looked at eachother, there were several comments made about how rude he always is....when he came back in I asked him why he walked out on me and he mumbled something I couldn't understand. My nephew had put is straw paper on the counter next to me to throw away and the clerk grabbed it and yelled at my nephew to go throw it away....it was totally unbelievable. And he was on his cell phone the entire time.

This is the 7-Eleven we hit up for Victory Slupree's after a great day of fishing at Lake Del Valle. I never get anything but Slurpee's. Anything. We get coffee elsewhere in the morning. So why the hell am I writing a review. Every single time I go here, the same guy is working and he is always on the phone. Never even tells you the total for your purchase. No thank you. No nothing. I still go here because I crack up every time I see him yakking on the phone and ignoring customers, but still taking their money, of course. This guy is the "in real life" version of Randall Graves. Too goddamned funny.

(This is for that someone special out there. You know who you are...) This is my local 7-Eleven. They are open everyday 24/7. If it's a holiday and I need a bag of chips / ice / beverages / or whatever, it's nice to know I don't have to figure out what market is open to get a few items. Nice selection of local wines at reasonable prices too. Great place to get a 24 oz. cup of Joe on the way to work. The cashier always says "good morning, and have a nice day!" Your not gonna do any major shopping here, but it's nice to know there is a convenience store in the neighborhood to pick up items on the fly...
