They really understood my mission and came through with great customer service. They had no problem running to back and bringing out peices that really helped narrow things down. “High end luxury brand. Salvatore Ferragamo. The shop is in the San Francisco Outlet. There is a security staff that stands at the door to open and close it for customers. No snatch n grab on their watch.
The staff including security was terrific. Helpful. A staff member will approach you to offer assistance. I spoke with her and told her I was going to browse. No pressure. She was never too far away, the shop is not that large in physical size, so that was understandable. She was helpful without being intrusive. She provided great customer service.
I recall the women's shoe section was quite extensive. Gorgeous shoes in variety of styles and colors. Quality material, beautiful leather. But as I looked at the prices, they seem to be the same as retail. I checked later online and it was. This shop seems to be a retail shop vs outlet pricing. To add, there were no sales or specials. I did not buy anything. But before you do, check for the written return or exchange policy before you make a purchase. Make sure it is written on the receipt as well. From the other Yelp reviews, there seems to be an arbitrariness of the execution of the return/exchange policy.”

“They had amazing holiday deals and had super cute items “put together” like a Jean jacket and hoodie under it. It was so cute I bought both! The staff was super nice and helpful, helped me find sizes and answered any questions I had. They also told me about their deals going on. “If you're into fashion this is a must stop. The clothes are expensive but the prices are discounted. Ted's men clothes are made in the skinny side so make sure to try everything on before buying. There was a lady's coat there that was cheaper at the Bloomingdale's. Weird. Go in take a look but as normal , buyer beware. Know your prices. Great store to grab a garment or two.”

“My family likes to check out the Superdry stores whenever we visit any city or shopping center. This one in San Francisco Premium Outlets is no exception. The store is packed with so many clothes that it is hard to walk around inside. They have deeper discounted products all the way inside the store and offer a much better price. Make sure you check out this section when you're there.”

I was about to leave after spending one hour figuring out what style and size fit me, and then Emily showed up and addressed all my needs in one minute. “I've been shopping at Diesel Outlet in Livermore for a few years now and they continue to deliver a top-notch experience. The sales team, led by Danny and Sarah, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable - they truly understand their customers' needs. During one visit, they went above and beyond to find the perfect jeans style and size for me. When the ones I chose didn't fit quite right, Danny and Sarah didn't hesitate to take them back and exchange for a new pair, no questions asked.
