Not a good day at Connect Hearing in Livermore. I stopped short a mtg in Pleasanton to arrive on time for an 11 am appt. I was there at 10:55. I was told the appt would very soon after the hearing specialist was off of a conference call. After a 30-minute wait with NO apologies for the delay and No word on the timing for the appt, I left the office. They just lost a possible sale of a new hearing aid.

I have been using Connect Hearing ever since my first hearing tests and first aids in about 2001. They are professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Jordan takes care to make sure that the fit is comfortable and the volume level is optimal. I highly recommend their service.

Jordan was really friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. I got the rechargeable Phonak hearing aids and they are working great. It's nice not to worry about changing batteries at random times.

I purchased my first hearing aid with them & returned it in January, to my surprise they haven't returned canceled my insurance claim yet (more than 3 months), and holding my insurance money. They made my experience hell and now no one is picking up the phone in the Livermore location. It is a fraud company and customer service is also not helping me. I can't buy the next hearing aid because of them. I'm considering legal options.

I've had hearing trouble's my whole life. wow what can I say about my appointment someone who cares and understands what I've been going through. Over the years I've learned to read lips seeing people's faces helps but while wearing masks im lost when I can't see what people are saying my ears are so bad I have to get medically cleared before I get my hearing aids I'm so looking forward to the day !!!

Amazing service from Holly at this location. I took my hearing aides and she cleaned check and replaced parts for me all very quickly and with no charge at all.

I've had hearing trouble's my whole life. wow what can I say about my appointment someone who cares and understands what I've been going through.
